Meditation For Letting Go Of Attachments

Our minds gravitate towards attachments, whether to people, things or places. The more we attach ourselves, the more limiting we get. We don't live in the present moment because we are busy trying to cling to, and grasp onto things that we try to control. In this meditation, we settle into the present moment to ground, notice our attachments and leave knowing we have the choice to be free from them.
