Lección 1: Stop Trying To Love Yourself From A Human Perspective

In this first lesson, I share a radically different approach to self-love. An approach rooted in spirituality, non-duality, and direct self-realization — not self-improvement. You do not need to change your habits, fix your personality, or become a better version of yourself to love yourself. All you have to do is wake up to the true you, which is love itself.

Lección 2: The Self-Love Meditation

In this meditation, you are gently guided beyond the body, the mind, thoughts, emotions, personality, and the ego. Beyond all effort. Beyond self-improvement. Beyond fixing or changing anything. You are guided into direct recognition of your true self: pure awareness, pure being, pure presence. As you rest in this formless awareness, something becomes clear. Your true nature is already whole. Already complete. Already perfect. And at its core, this true self is pure love.

Lección 3: Recognizing Oneness Is The Way To Divine Love

Lesson 3 goes beyond self-love and into the direct recognition of oneness — the doorway through which infinite divine love, God’s love, naturally reveals itself. What blocks this love is not unworthiness, trauma, or lack. It is the illusion of separation. The belief that you are a limited body, a personal mind, something cut off from life itself. The moment this illusion is seen through, love opens by itself. Effortlessly.

Lección 4: Meditation: From Person To Oneness To Divine Love

Most of us believe we are only a body, a personality, a story shaped by thoughts and emotions. In this meditation, I gently guide you beyond that identity — beyond the mind, beyond the ego — into pure awareness, the formless presence that you truly are. As you rest in awareness itself, all perceived limits begin to dissolve. The sense of separation softens. You recognize that you are not inside the world — the world appears within you. This is the realization of oneness, of infinite being. And from this recognition, the experience of Divine Love will be a natural result.
