What Is Presence?
In this session we will breakdown what presence is beyond the conceptual understanding. There is an animation in the body that allows life to happen through our consciousness. Let’s explore deeper into the state of presence and learn what it means to cultivate more presence.
Lección 2
How Do I Feel My Presence?
If we learn to turn our attention towards our body then magic starts to happen. Our consciousness starts to awaken, our energy starts to vibrate, and our presence starts to grow. In this session we will learn how to feel the bodies presence. Learn to stay in this presence and you will discover a deeper dimension of experience.
Lección 3
Cultivating Presence
We cultivate presence through pausing and opening to whatever is being experienced in the moment - with acceptance and non-judgment. Mindfulness practice helps us to find presence through paying attention to the moment, willingly and attentively. In this session we will learn how to cultivate more presence through a powerful practice that harnesses the power of the pause.
Lección 4
Setting The Intention
Setting an intention for presence is a powerful way to prime the brain towards the experience of being fully in the moment. Having a clear intention to achieve a state of oneness can be a motivating factor to stay focused during your practice. In this session we will explore the power of intention setting.
Lección 5
Don't Wait
Living life constantly waiting for the next moment, anticipating the future, craving pleasure, and living out of alignment with the present moment can result in anxiety, stress and worry. In this session, we let go of the desire to control what happens next and instead stay full immersed in the now.
Lección 6
Gratitude
Being grateful for all that we have in life is one of the keys to true happiness. When you bring gratitude into your life in a conscious way you begin to attract more of what you’re grateful for. In this session we will radiate the feelings of gratitude through enjoying the present moment.
Lección 7
You Are Complete
The mind is merely a projection of your true essence - the object can never truly understand the subject. With this in mind, you can rest assured that there is a completeness within you that has no questions but only an answer of oneness. A state that must truly be felt to be understood. In this session we will dive deep within our core, through a process called Self-Inquiry, to feel our divine presence.
Lección 8
Your Divine Self
There is a magical beauty in the sacred expression of the present moment - the act of observation allows this beauty to blossom into our experience. We cannot deny the powerful divine force that animates each cell of the body and manifests into your reality. In this session, we connect and embrace the power of our divine self allowing its presence to shine though.
Lección 9
One Pointed Focus
One pointed focus is the conscious focusing and direction of one’s mental attention and awareness to achieve an elevated state of consciousness. A single point focus is to hold a single intention at the exclusion of all others for the duration of the meditation. In this session we develop our one pointed focus in order to be more attentive to our present moment.
Lección 10
Transcend Time
If we can keep our attention focused, our thoughts begin to slow down and our senses are elevated into experiencing a level of oneness. In this state, our sense of ego fades away, allowing us to transcend our mind and enter a state of timelessness. Let yourself surrender.
