Simply Be

Loneliness

Self Love

This session will help raise the vibration of the body, resulting in a stronger sense of Self.

Surrender

When we allow ourselves to fully surrender in meditation, a wave of peaceful energy takes over. When we open our channels to experience the sensation of bliss, we let go of control and fully accept it for what it is. Elliot will teach you the art of surrendering, allowing the true nature of Self to be exposed. This will lift a huge weight from our being as this natural, spiritual awakening of Self begins.

A very good course. I found it to be of great value and will return to it . Idid have a bit of an issue during the heart meditation because I was very very distracted by the heartbeat on the sound track a. It impeded me focussing on my own heart beat and split my attention.
