I ask you now to get comfortable in your position.

Gently close your eyes and mouth.
Now is a good time to start taking in some deep breaths.
Breathe in through the nose and gently release through the mouth.
With each breath let something go.
Allow your body to feel lighter with each breath.
Now breathe in through the nose.
Letting go and breathe out through the nose.
Breathe in a little deeper by expanding your abdominal region with each inhale and gently relax it with each exhale.
Drawing the breath in deep into your belly.
Gently allow your belly to relax with each exhalation.
For the next few minutes just set the intention to relax your body.
Taking in deep full breaths.
