Manifest Your Unlimited Potential

This course is rooted in both developmental psychology and the chakra energetic system to help you manifest your unlimited potential. The first several days include a guided meditation that focuses on one chakra energy center, starting from the root of the spine and rising up to the crown of the head. This deep focus helps fully activate each energy center and integrate each facet of your Whole Embodied Self. Afterward, you'll be guided through a five-minute daily ritual that you can plug into your day to continually activate your manifestation engine.

You’ll discover that manifestation is a two-way exchange. As you further hone your manifestation engine, the signal you send out brings in opportunities that require you to take courageous action.

The design of this course is simple and powerful. In fact, it comes with a warning. Rooted in yogic teachings that demand our respect, this course and the practice that it teaches will change your life. It will change you on the inside and it will bring about change on the outside.

This may sound all well and good. Yet, if you’re not truly and deeply ready for change in your life, do not move forward with this course. Why? Because when we are not ready for change, change can actually further make us feel out of balance. And when we feel out of balance, our mental health suffers.

So, before moving forward with this course, consider this: You will be asked to let go of some aspects of yourself that may require grieving. You will be challenged to take on tasks that require you to fully honor your gifts. And you will need to move slowly, one step at a time.

You’ll notice that my approach to manifestation is one of grounded simplicity. Throughout my personal experience as a student of manifestation and my work with others, I’ve come to realize that manifestation is a natural skill, one that each person can hone through dedicated practice and personal willpower. It’s a way of being that allows one to fully honor their soul’s gifts and, for many, bring their greatest work to the world.

As you continue throughout this course, be gentle with yourself. This practice is deep and may require you to revisit a meditation before moving on to the next day. Likewise, it may serve you to simply listen through the meditations before actively participating in them.

It’s truly an honor to share this practice with you and I wish you well on your journey. As you feel called, do share your experiences with me. I’m always in awe at the stories I hear when one fully honors their power and manifests the life of their dreams.

Lección 1: Root Into Your Being

Today’s practice will focus on your foundation. The foundation is what we build upon and is the rock that we stand on. This is vital to staying grounded when our manifestation engine kicks into full gear. By the end of today’s session, you’ll more intimately connect to the root of your being and feel the loving presence of eternal guidance.

Lección 2: Activate Your Creative Power

Today’s practice will focus on your creative power. It is in the sacral power center where desire is power. This is our desire to create in the world: to expand, to grow, to widen further and further into the evolution of our being. It thirsts for change. For growth. This is where our ability to sense and feel the world around us stems from. It is a wild force that yearns to feel connected to this human experience and to the more-than-human experience, bridging the sensorial animal world with the flow of spirit.

The sacral power center is truly a brave power to fully awaken.

By the end of today’s session, you’ll more intimately connect to your sacral power center and feel the interconnectedness of your true creative force.

Lección 3: Align Your Purpose

Today’s practice will focus on aligning your purpose with your strength of will. This is where magic occurs. Harnessed in the solar plexus, this power center is where we turn internal awareness into external action. We move beyond feeling and sensing the world around us and through us and into an active creator of the world.

There’s an element of fire here, of not just desire, but the vitality and confidence to do something with the desire. This is a place of action. Of determination. Of leaning in with tremendous courage into our purpose. And something really powerful happens here. When our solar plexus power center is in alignment, there’s a beautiful dance that occurs between our internal intuition and external perception. Our inner guidance combined with courageous action leads to doors that open to greater and greater opportunities.

To be clear, activating your solar plexus takes courage. It requires you to move beyond thinking and feeling and into action. This is where some people get stuck in manifestation. Their internal world is in alignment, yet when an opportunity presents itself, their will to take action stays bottled up inside and the chance to ride the wave flows by. Of course, many more waves will come, and with the strength of the solar plexus fully activated, you can lean in and take charge without fail.

By the end of today’s session, you’ll more confidently root into your willpower and be able to walk through the murky fog of fear and doubt.

Lección 4: Align Your Heart

Today’s practice will focus on the heart. This power center is unlike others in that it is the meeting place between two worlds: the spiritual and the physical. It’s through the heart that we make sense of life. It’s this deep love, in fact, that guides us into a deeper knowing of who we really are in our life.

Activating the heart power center is one of balance. Giving too much love without being open to receiving it leaves one feeling depleted and alone. Receiving without giving leaves the world around you feeling depleted. The heart is a two-way exchange full of compassion, self-acceptance, and healthy relationships.

By the end of today’s session, you’ll more intimately connect with your ability to heal yourself and others through the power of love. That’s why the heart power center is a brave place to live from.

Lección 5: Align Your Voice

Today’s practice will focus on confident and clear communication. It is in the power center of the throat that we learn to communicate our deeper knowing to the world. It begins to unfurl during early adolescence when much of our communication patterns are formed. So it’s no wonder why some struggle to communicate as adults if during their adolescence they were shamed for speaking their truth.

Balancing the throat center is an art. Too much focus on speaking up can be too forceful and one’s efforts to be heard fall on deaf ears. Not speaking enough leaves your gifts trapped inside.

The throat center is essential to hone your manifestation engine. Because it’s from here that we create wind and become a co-creative force of nature. Breathe into that for a moment. You are an active co-creator with the world around you, and it starts with the mountain of words that shape your articulative patterns.

It’s through clear communication that we learn to resonate with the world and others around us.

By the end of today’s session, you’ll more intimately connect to your soul’s voice and feel the interconnectedness of your true communicative power.

Lección 6: Align Your Intuition

Today’s practice will focus on intuitive guidance. The intuitive power center often referred to as the third eye, is the eye that sees when the other eyes are closed. It’s a deeper way of seeing, of following a path that you and only you can walk down. This is the land of imagination, of guides, of navigating between two worlds.

When this power center is fully aligned, manifestation feels like a smooth flow, a sacred dance with mystery and her mysterious secrets. This is the land of dreams, of poetry, of separating from the mainstream clutter and noise. Acting from this power center will almost certainly bring about challenges, especially if your actions run counter to the cultural norm or your family’s traditions. Yet, once this power center is open and one feels the deep rootedness of intuitive knowing, there’s no other way to live than to trust in Source for divine guidance.

The intuitive power center is truly a brave power to fully awaken. Yet, it requires courageous patience and unwavering action. Modern attempts to control this power center with time constraints or egoic attachment often produce more suffering than pleasure. More pain than freedom.

By the end of today’s session, you’ll more intimately connect to your intuitive power center and feel the gentle hands of divine guidance, an inner GPS that guides you further and further to your inner knowing. After all, everything you need to manifest your unlimited potential is already within you.

Lección 7: Connect With Your Source

Today’s practice will focus on your spiritual power. It is in the crown power center where our deepest power is born. This is our connection to Source, the knowledge of pre-birth, the amorphous spiritual ocean of knowledge we are born out of. This is the place of eternal wisdom, of deeper knowing, of sacred consciousness.

When we activate this power center, our ability to see the interconnectedness of everything comes into crystal clear focus. And it is this clarity that allows our manifestation engine to see every obstacle in our lives as an opportunity for spiritual growth. When we live from this power center, we transcend the egoic attachment to the physical body and the pain that arises through living a whole life.

This perspective is a catalyst for transformation, allowing our ability to manifest to be a service to all humankind and the greater earth community. Because from this power center, we see ourselves in the undulating waves of the ocean, the call of the morning songbirds, and the ancestors that once roamed the very horizon we now call home. We are truly parts of this greater whole, one important facet to the wholeness of the universe.

The crown power center is truly a brave power to fully awaken.

By the end of today’s session, you’ll more intimately connect to your crown power center and receive loving guidance from Source’s eternal wisdom.

Lección 8: Tune Your Manifestation Signal

Over the past several days, you’ve focused on each power center one at a time to create balance in your overall manifestation system. This helps one stay rooted throughout the manifestation journey. Now that the system is primed, it is time to send out your manifestation signal.

Remember that manifestation is a two-way exchange. You send out a signal to Source who then provides you with opportunities to manifest your reality. In today’s session, we’ll explore the first part. You’ll tune inward and prime your manifestation signal.

The first part of sending out your manifestation signal requires you to identify what you wish to manifest into your life and then feel deeply into the sensorial experience of this manifestation. The language of manifestation is emotional embodiment. It’s a way of being that aligns your soul’s wisdom with your human experience. And it’s this alignment that allows you to unfurl into your unlimited potential.

Lección 9: The 5-Minute Ritual

Today’s practice will focus on putting it all together into a daily ritual to fully activate your manifestation engine. Before moving on to today’s exercise, take three deep breaths and listen to the wisdom of your heart. Ask yourself, “Am I ready for this?”

If the answer you receive is “no,” there is no shame in that. Our inner wisdom is wise and has our best intention in mind. Simply go back and repeat days 1-7, integrating healing wisdom, and then taking courageous action from each power center.

Our inner wisdom knows that activating a manifestation practice when one or more power centers is out of balance often leads to suffering. Yet, when we practice manifestation when our entire system is in balance, we navigate life in a divine flow state, giving and receiving in a dance that will have others in your life asking for advice. And the only advice to offer is to do the work.

Take the time to activate each power center, to connect with Source, to connect with the greater Earth community, to heal the wounded parts of ourselves, so that your natural ability to manifest your unlimited potential leads you to further clarity, to a deeper knowing, and to a symbiosis that creates waves of awe and wonder.

So, if you are ready, let’s begin.

Lección 10: The Law Of Action

So far in this course, you’ve intimately connected with each of your power centers and combined them into a daily ritual that activates your manifestation engine. So what’s next? In this session, you’ll learn about the Law of Action and be able to sense when you are being presented with a door of opportunity.

This is where manifestation can become challenging because we can get in our own way.

Let’s revisit one of the main principles of manifestation. Manifestation is a two-way exchange. As we further hone our manifestation engine, we send out a signal and then are guided to opportunities that allow the manifestation to unfurl into present reality.

This is The Law of Action. We are offered opportunities to do the work necessary to manifest our unlimited potential. Put another way, The Law of Action states that to manifest something into reality, one needs to put in the work to step into that reality.
