We desire to live from the heart, to live in alignment with our most authentic selves. Often, however, beliefs of unworthiness or unclarity of what we truly want hold us back. Over the next 20 days, you will experience a transformational journey from the around you to the within to that which is everywhere. You will explore the art of self-connection, which is to be in touch with your worthiness and wholeness independently of the experiences you have. You will let go of the old and make room for the new. That, which is meant for you in your heart, but have forgotten. In this course, I will guide you to redesign the within and around you so that you can make space for a new you, find the clarity and courage, and start living as your worthy, authentic expression every single day.

Lección 1
Why Time Isn't Enough
In our hyperconnected world, where we often juggle too many demands, time seems to be of the essence to get everything done. But what is “everything”? And does “everything” truly matter to “us”? And who are “we”? In this session, we learn why we don’t have enough time, why making time isn’t enough, and why often the most important things fall off the wagon first. We will take the first step in making space for a new version of ourselves that feels worthy and aligned with who we truly are underneath the clutter. Let’s begin.
Lección 2
Roadblocks For Making Space
In this session, we explore common roadblocks on our path that prevent us from making space to act in alignment with our truth. We learn more about their role and function to keep us where we are currently in our lives. By examining these mechanisms, we reclaim our power that allows us to change our default programming.
Lección 3
The AWE Process
In this lesson, we get to know the secret formula of AWE. The AWE process uses a 4-step system to look at three different spaces of your life: the around you, the within you, and the everywhere. You also get to know the intended usage of the AWE space templates to note down your insights for the AWE spaces or come up with your own structure.
Lección 4
As-Is: Exploring the Around You I
In this session, we take inventory of the first two components of the space around us: our environment. We’re in constant interaction with the outside world. Becoming aware of our relationship with it opens the door to a lasting transformation. We will use meditation and reflective journaling prompts to embark on this journey. In this session, we take inventory of the last two components of the space around us: our environment. We’re in constant interaction with the outside world. Understanding the Within You I
In this lesson, we get to know the different parts of our mind and how they drive our daily actions and behavior. Understanding that there are certain mechanisms at play that try to keep us safe in the known, empowers us to remove self-blame and move toward self-responsibility. When we remove the division in our minds, we restore our wholeness and worthiness.

As-Is: Exploring the Within You I
In this session, we enter our internal space: our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions. They shape our perception of how we experience the inner and outer world. To redesign the around us, we need to start within us. Understanding from which mindset we operate, allows us to identify the potential for incremental changes that resonate more deeply with our authentic selves. Using meditative self-reflection prompts, we explore how we currently live inside our minds. Please be prepared to note down your insights.

Understanding the Within You II
In this session, we explore what self-limiting beliefs have in common with habit formation. We learn how to replace self-limiting beliefs, the space blocks, with new habits of thinking to build a heartful foundation in our minds that make room for aligned action.

As-Is: Exploring the Within You II
We will venture on a guided visualization journey into our subconscious minds to move from clutter and confusion to clarity and confidence. The art of clearing holds a tender sweetness in our hearts that provides us with acceptance of ourselves and our path. We’ve arrived where we need to be right now, recovering our wholeness and worthiness. Using meditative self-reflection prompts, we explore how we currently live inside our minds. Understanding the Everywhere
In this session, we learn more about the omnipresent, energy, that’s everywhere. We explore the laws of the universe and understand what impact they have on our daily lives. Whether we believe in them or not, they are always at play. Understanding this will help us live our lives more in tune with the rhythm of nature.
Lección 11
As-Is: Exploring Your Connection to the Everywhere
In this session, we learn to go beyond and connect to the omnipresent force that accompanies us. We enter a space of inner peace that re-connects us to our wholeness, worthiness, and beingness in a compassionate, non-judgmental manner. We get to meet a voice that has been calling us, your true self. Through this, we will open space for our own healing and create a deep connection to all there is. Using meditative self-reflection prompts, we explore your current connection to the everywhere. Please be prepared to note down your insights.
Lección 12
To-Be: Creating the Around You
In this session, we learn how to create space around us. In lesson 4 and 5 of the course, we’ve identified our current state. Today, we will envision how you want your external spaces to look like in the future. We do this through meditative practices and self-reflection questions for introspection. Having a clear vision of how we want the around us to look and feel like supports us to act in alignment and removes friction.
Lección 13
To-Be: Creating the Within You I
In this lesson, we will learn specific tools and techniques rooted in NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) to change the lense through which you shape and filter your reality. Using these simple tools over time, we will look more and mor ethrough the eyes of our true, authentic selves.

Lección 14
To-Be: Creating the Within You II
In this session, we will revisit our subconscious minds through meditation. In the previous lesson, we let go of what was. Today, we become the interior designer of our subconscious minds to create what is and welcome what's to come. We will redecorate this space with new empowering beliefs about ourselves by connecting to our inner authentic power. The space is yours…
Lección 15
To-Be: Creating the Within You III
As we’ve learned in Lesson 4, most of our space problems come from mental and emotional clutter. In this session, we cultivate our understanding that, ultimately, it is our choice how we experience reality. To empower ourselves, we move into meditation and create a vision of the mindset and emotions we want to experience in our internal landscape + consider ways to return to them throughout the day. We do this with a blend of mindfulness, courage, humor, and perspective.
Lección 16
Creating Your Connection to the Everywhere I
The last lessons helped us recover the universal truth of space: We’re not our thoughts but the awareness behind them. In this lesson, we will learn about the different states of consciousness taught in the Vedic tradition. We will expand our awareness from the states we cycle through daily to the one that transcends them all. The space of inner silence and peace, where everything that is, is worthy to be simply because we are.
Lección 17
Creating Your Connection to the Everywhere II
In this session, we explore ways to transcend our ego and receive the key that opens the chamber to our true self dwelling in our hearts. In this soul space, we connect to that which is everywhere behind everything in nature to envision our truest desires. When we plug into that, we reconnect to our innate worthiness, to the courage to act in alignment, and to embody the things that truly matter to us.
Lección 18
Identifying the Gaps
Throughout this course, we’ve built an understanding of the current and desired situation of our spaces. They all have been leading us to now, to identify the main gaps between the two. To support this process, we cultivate self-honesty, self-compassion, and self-love. You’re invited to pause the audio, if needed, or go deeper afterward. Please be prepared to note down your insights.
Lección 19
Designing Your Aligned Roadmap
In this session, we will transform the gaps of your AWE spaces from the last lesson into uncover our first “space-making actions” to live in alignment with your authentic self. We let humility and humor guide our journey and remind us that some seeds sprout quickly while others may require multiple seasons. Slowly and steadily, we begin to internalize what is essential for us, what is not, and act accordingly. Please be prepared to note down your insights.
Lección 20
Rituals for Making Space
In bringing this course to a close, we will learn handpicked practical techniques you can use going forward to keep on remembering your truth and worthiness. Living an aligned life requires continuous space-making physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually to create from the heart, and to course-correct the things that keep you astray. This last session will give you a toolkit of bite-sized rituals you can introduce to make subtle changes in your life. One space at a time.
