Introduction To Meditation
Learn about the traditional as well as modern definitions of the word meditation, explore its benefits, and find out how this practice can positively impact your life.
Lección 2
Anchoring Through Your Senses
Anchoring through your senses will help you find presence and grounded-ness. Noticing what you can hear, smell, taste, touch, and see helps against feelings of anxiety and nervousness and helps to connect with your inner self on a deeper level.
Lección 3
Body Scan & Embodied Breath
This practice will help you to feel more connected with your body, release stress, and find a deep sense of grounded-ness and inner calm. Get ready to feel how your entire body lights up with a sense of loving awareness.
Lección 4
Observing Your Thoughts
In traditional descriptions, meditation is compared to training a horse. The sensations, impulses, and reactions in our bodies are like the untamed instincts of an animal, and when we take our seat in practice, we learn how to ride this energy with skill. In this practice you will learn how to observe your thoughts and cultivate a sense of non-attachment to them.
Lección 5
Your Breath As Waves
This practice will take you to your favorite beach. You’ll visualize your breaths as waves that roll onto the beach and return into the vastness of the ocean. As a result of that you will be able to find a sense of tranquility and letting go.
Lección 6
Grateful Heart
Practice makes everything easier and more accessible and this doesn’t apply only to yoga asana. It applies also to your thoughts, feelings, and emotions. If you’re used to feeling a certain way, and you practice that feeling multiple times a day, it will be quite easy for you to feel that way because it’s so familiar. The good news is that it is in your power to practice feeling how you want to feel and have the mindset that you want to have so that those thoughts and feelings become a regular part of your everyday experience. In this class, you will practice the feeling of gratitude.

Meet Your Potential
Entelechy is a philosophical concept stemming from Aristotle's teachings, and it talks about the potential hidden within everyone and everything. Just like a little acorn has all it takes to become a big oak tree, you too have all it takes to become who you always wanted to be. In today’s practice, you’re going to tap into that potential and connect with a sense of inner power.

Hamsa Meditation
The combination of "Ham" and "Sa" in the Hamsa mantra carries a deep significance. "Ham" represents the individual self, while "Sa" represents the universal reality. Through the repetition of this mantra, we are acknowledging and embodying the interconnectedness of our individual existence with the greater cosmic consciousness.
