This felt like a very expansive 16 minutes. I could feel myself rushing to do a “quick” practice. The pacing forced me to stay present and let go of my rushing. And it felt really spacious once my mind stopped fighting it. It was a beautiful introduction to entelechy. Thank you.🙏
