Whatever pain you are experiencing now, yours, others' or the collective, past, ongoing or new... we will gently allow space for it to be without seeking to change or solve anything. Using imagery, breath, and embodied awareness you may notice the pain takes a different shape, transmutes, or feels less sharp naturally. Being human inevitably brings pain and in acknowledging it, giving it space to arise and be felt, we may relate to this experience differently, inviting in more ease and peace.
