Surrounded by wise old trees,
You lay down on the soft,
Supportive ground.
Notice the way the wind gently blows the leaves and branches from side to side,
Flexible and flowing with whatever the weather brings.
The sun shines down from up above,
Warm and enveloping,
Relaxing you even more deeply.
Listen to the sounds near and far,
The breeze rustling the leaves,
The birds singing.
You are connected,
Loved and held here.
The wind is floating slowly above through an expansive blue sky.
Just like thoughts,
Feelings and sensations floating by,
No need to hold onto them or push them away.
Simply allow them to arise and float by.
You are not your thoughts,
Feelings or sensations.
You are like the expansive blue sky above the clouds,
Pure,

Loving,
Spacious awareness.
