Welcome to this time of deep relaxation, calm, and ease. Using our breath and imagination, we will find freedom from any anxiety or stress, and drop down into spacious, loving awareness. Give yourself this time to rest your nervous system, slow your breath, and feel held and supported. Let's return together to our hearts breathing in clarity and trust in ourselves. After our 10 minutes together, my hope is you will feel more grounded, relaxed, balanced, and at peace.

Welcome to this time of deep relaxation,

Calm and ease.

Take a deep,

Slow breath in and out.

Allow yourself to sink fully into relaxation.

Feel your body supported by the earth below.

Notice how your breath feels as you inhale deeply and exhale fully.

Breathing in clarity.

Breathing out,

Letting go.

Relax your shoulders,

Letting them drop down and back.

Soften all the muscles in your face,

Hands and feet.

Relax your whole body now.

Your entire body is able to deeply relax.

You are supported,

Safe and held.

With your next breath,

Give yourself permission to travel with your mind as your body continues to deeply relax to a healing forest.

Imagine this moment with perfect clarity.

Watch yourself as an observer entering an ancient forest with tall trees.

It can be any forest in the world where your spirit feels most safe,

Nourished,

And at peace.

Walking now to a circular clearing in the forest,

Surrounded by wise old trees,

You lay down on the soft,

Supportive ground.

Notice the way the wind gently blows the leaves and branches from side to side,

Flexible and flowing with whatever the weather brings.

The sun shines down from up above,

Warm and enveloping,

Relaxing you even more deeply.

Listen to the sounds near and far,

The breeze rustling the leaves,

The birds singing.

You are connected,

Loved and held here.

The wind is floating slowly above through an expansive blue sky.

Just like thoughts,

Feelings and sensations floating by,

No need to hold onto them or push them away.

Simply allow them to arise and float by.

You are not your thoughts,

Feelings or sensations.

You are like the expansive blue sky above the clouds,

Pure,

Clear,

Loving,

Spacious awareness.

Allow your awareness to abide in this space.

Be here now.

Pure,

Clear,

Loving,

Spacious awareness.

Held by the earth,

Grounded,

Calm,

Balanced,

At ease,

At peace.

Breathing in this deep awareness and experience of peace.

Breathing out love to all living beings,

Including the trees.

Place your hands over your heart chakra at the center of your chest.

Feel the warmth and love emanating from your hands entering your heart.

Holding yourself,

Trusting yourself,

Showing up in this moment for yourself.

Holding and supporting yourself.

Knowing you can return here to this place of deep calm,

Relaxation,

Healing,

Peace anytime you wish.

As it is here within you in this present moment,

In every moment.

Take 3 deep,

Slow breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth with a big sigh.

Thank yourself for taking this time to be here now,

Cultivating more peace,

Calm,

And love.

You can carry all of it with you into the rest of your day or night.
