Find ease, calm and even peace as you travel by plane, train, bus or any other method that may normally bring anxiety, stress or fear. Guided relaxation and visualisation will allow you to find release, freedom and deep relaxation. Best listened to while on your journey or just before when you can safely close your eyes.

You may notice sounds,

People,

And other sensations or things happening around you.

Just allow those sounds and things you notice to go on without giving them any attention.

For right now,

Just focus on my voice as we begin an internal journey to calm,

Peace,

Ease,

And relaxation.

Rest your head back and feel the weight of your head supported.

Release all the muscles in your head and face,

Letting them drop and relax.

If you haven't already,

I invite you to gently close your eyes.

Take a deep,

Cleansing breath in through your nose and a deep,

Releasing breath out through your mouth.

Let's do that 2 more times together.

Breathing in fully,

Release,

Inhale big belly breath,

And exhale let go.

If you're able to and it's comfortable,

You can place your hands on your belly and just connect to your breath.

Or you can relax your arms and hands down to rest,

Palms facing down on your lap or your legs.

Get as comfortable as possible.

You have made it here to this moment,

Sitting and able to really relax now.

There's nowhere else to go and nothing to do except taking such good care of yourself and allowing yourself to trust all is well.

You are safe and just going from one place to another.

As your breath deepens and slows down,

You may notice a feeling of release and relaxation throughout your body as the muscles and every part sinks down into your seat.

Your shoulders relax down,

Release.

The front of your heart softens.

The back of your heart softens.

Your belly as your breath gently moves in and out softens.

Your hips relax and release.

Meditation moving down your legs into your feet,

Feeling the ground under you.

Your whole body is able to relax,

Release and unwind.

Perhaps now you can imagine another time and place when you felt deeply relaxed and so free.

Wind in your hair and on your face.

Just take a moment to bring that moment and place to your mind.

I want you to imagine you are floating above this moment,

Watching yourself feeling so relaxed and so free.

Notice your surroundings.

Where are you?

The colors?

Any sounds or smells?

The quality of the air?

The temperature?

Notice how completely serene and happy you are.

Feel the connection you have to the earth wherever you are.

And now you begin to move so lightly,

So easily.

Picking up speed.

Your whole body feels a light with joy as you move faster and faster until your arms transform into wings and you begin to soar and fly.

You can go as low or as high as you wish.

Gliding.

Soaring.

So free.

So easy.

Expansive.

Open.

Taking it all in.

You are now floating above any worries or discomfort.

Imagine they are all just floating away effortlessly.

Away into the distance.

You are calm and free.

You can fly anywhere in the world you wish.

Where would you like to go?

Take a few moments to imagine and enjoy.

Slowly,

When you are ready,

Bringing this expansive feeling of calm,

Belongingness to bliss and freedom with you,

We will return back into the safe home of your body.

Take a deep breath in and a slow,

Mindful breath out.

Notice if your mind and body feel a bit calmer and more relaxed than when we began.

Trust yourself to return to your breath anytime you need.

You can take intentional,

Slow,

Deep and calm breaths in to return to this place of ease,

Freedom,

And peace.

This space is always available to you,

And the portal to get there is your breath and your imagination.

Wishing you ease,

Freedom,

Peace,

And love.
