We live in a world that excels at transactions but struggles with love. When every action becomes a means to an end, we lose our connection to ourselves and the beauty around us. In this talk, we explore how to move away from "A to B" living and return to the wisdom of the heart.

We live in a tough time for love.

We live in a great time for transactions.

You can create a business.

You can serve clients.

A lot of things are transactional.

Really everything right now feels transactional.

When someone comes from the heart,

That person is a treasure.

When you start coming just from the heart,

You are the treasure in this world.

We live in a great time for transactions.

We live in a great time for temptations.

We live in a fantastic time for extra noise.

We live in a fantastic time for extra distractions.

We live in a really tough time for love.

We live in a really tough time to truly connect to yourself and to truly connect to others.

Value things from the heart.

Start to value love.

Devote time to your self-compassion practice and devote time to everything that gives you a steady calm mind.

Because from a steady calm mind,

All your wishes come true.

So value the things that make you feel grounded,

Safe,

Steady,

Calm,

And they give you energy.

And value things from the heart,

Not fantastic transactions.

Everything happening from the heart,

From your own goodwill,

From just wanting to do something in order to do it,

It matters so much more than like A to B.

I'll do A so I can get B.

We need to start valuing transactions less as a society and that will make the world a much better place.

Transactions have their place,

But they're not the most important thing.

They will never be the most important thing.
