Meet your Teacher

Dyn is a meditation teacher, spiritual mentor, and experienced traveler who has dedicated over a decade to exploring inner and outer transformation. Originally from Russia and raised in Europe, he has spent more than 12 years living across different countries, immersing himself in diverse cultures and spiritual traditions. Since 2012, Dyn has been deeply committed to the practice of meditation, completing numerous silent retreats in the Vipassana tradition and studying breath awareness, mindfulness, and self-realization through direct experience. His approach integrates elements of Anapanasati, devotion-based practices inspired by Bhakti Yoga, and insights from ancient Indian teachings such as the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra. In his work, Dyn focuses on making profound spiritual practices accessible and applicable to modern life.
