Denis (Dynn) has dedicated his life to meditation, mindfulness, and inner exploration since 2012. He has completed over 20 Vipassana retreats in the traditions of S.N. Goenka and Pa-Auk Sayadaw, including serving as a volunteer and completing the advanced Satipatthana course. His practice also explores Nonduality (Advaita Vedanta), Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, Stoicism inspired by Marcus Aurelius, breath awareness, and contemplative wisdom from both Eastern and Western traditions. Through guided meditations, nature soundscapes, and ambient music, he helps people cultivate mindfulness, presence, deep relaxation, stress and anxiety relief, emotional balance, better sleep, focus, self-discovery, and inner peace. Living a nomadic lifestyle, Denis has lived in more than 15 countries, sharing practical meditation for everyday life with people around the world.
