Using this practice can support the healing of any triggers, unresolved emotions, past pain and hurt, and various painful memories originating in childhood. It can help support the clearing, healing, and resolution of any associated symptoms - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual - and bring about deep self healing.

Healing your inner child This guided meditation integrates various healing approaches and therapeutic methodologies supported by findings in neuroscience and epigenetics,
As for instance the family constellation model,
As well as voice therapy and somatic work.
Practicing this meditation will help you to heal the child parts of yourself that have been wounded and that continue to have an influence on your level of happiness,
Inner peace,
Joy,
And your capacity to achieve success,
Abundance and fulfillment in your life.
With this meditation you can clear negative patterns of thought,
Emotion,
Energy and behavior that bring about discomfort and pain or conflict in relationship.
Healing your inner child will bring about healing in your relationship with yourself and all of your relationships.
So let's begin.
Find a comfortable place where you can sit or lie down.
Once you're comfortable,
Gently close your eyes and let go.
Surrender into the present moment,
Into your breath,
And into the feelings of relaxation moving through your entire body.
Imagine or feel a wave of relaxation flowing from the top of your head all the way down to your toes,
Relaxing each and every body part along the way.
Relax.
Relax more than you've ever relaxed before.
Inhaling through your nose,
Exhaling out of your mouth.
Noticing any tension in your breath,
Any place of holding in your body.
And intending to relax and let go more and more and more.
How much more relaxed can you become?
As you intend to relax your breath,
Your body,
Your mind,
And your entire being,
Notice how the tension in your body,
In your mind,
And in your emotions begins to dissolve.
Keep intending to relax more and create more and more space in your body.
More and more space for relaxation.
More and more space for openness.
More and more space for well-being.
More and more space for the present moment.
More and more space for you and what you intend.
More and more space for what you wish to experience.
More and more space for you and the people that you love.
More and more space for calm,
Serenity,
And peace.
Slowly lengthening and deepening your breath.
Going deeper and deeper into serenity with each and every breath.
As you let go of tension,
Stress,
Contraction,
Constriction,
Worry,
Anxiety,
With each and every exhale.
Letting go more and more and more.
Breathing in calm.
Breathing out any feeling of worry.
Breathing in inner peace.
Breathing out any feeling of stress or anxiety.
Breathing in love.
And breathing out any expectation or judgement.
Now imagine,
Feel or visualize your breath filled with a beautiful healing light.
A beautiful white or blue light.
Moving in through your nostrils.
Down into your throat.
Into your lungs.
Into each and every cell in your lungs.
And as you exhale,
Imagine or feel the beautiful healing light moving into each and every cell of your body.
All the way to your fingertips,
To your toes,
To the crown of your head.
Feel your entire body filled with this healing energy tingling.
Sending a wave of love,
Of healing and of relaxation into each and every cell of your body.
Relaxing deeper and deeper with the breath,
With the light,
With the love and the healing.
Noticing if any thought,
Sensation or emotion comes up.
And breathing in this beautiful healing light into each and every thought,
Feeling,
Emotion as they come up.
ΠΡΠ΄ΡΡ Surrendering all of your thoughts,
Sensations,
Feelings and emotions to the healing light.
Surrendering your love of yourself to the loving light,
The light of pure consciousness,
The light of God that heals all thoughts,
All emotions,
All sensations,
All feelings that used to bring you pain.
Surrendering all of the pain,
All of the hurt,
All of the past into the healing light.
Now notice any place where you may be holding tension in your body,
Maybe in your abdomen,
Maybe your solar plexus or your heart,
Maybe your shoulders,
Your neck,
Your throat,
Or even your jaw.
Your back or maybe your pelvic floor.
Any tension,
Any strain,
Any stiffness,
Tightness,
Simply notice it.
Without judgment,
Without fear,
Just notice those areas in your body where you feel tension,
Where you hold on,
Where you contract or constrict,
Where you grasp or cling,
Where you store pain or discomfort.
Let yourself feel any sense of disease and through your awareness and through your love,
Simply choose to let them go.
Breathe through the tension,
Breathe through the pain.
Breathe through the discomfort,
Breathe through the disease and open more and more and more.
More open than you've ever felt,
More open than you've ever been.
Breathe through the pain,
Breathe through the pain.
Breathe through the pain,
Breathe through the pain.
And bring the healing breath,
Bring the loving light in all of the spaces in your body.
That have been tense,
Tight and contracted in the past.
Open up.
Moving deeper and deeper into relaxation.
As you focus on bringing the breath,
Bringing the light into those areas that were holding tension before.
Now as you continue to bring breath,
Light and space into all these areas of your body,
Relaxing you deeper,
Relaxing your body,
Relaxing your mind,
Relaxing you completely.
Through your intention,
Through visualization,
Through your love,
Your breath,
Your light,
Your attention,
Focus and energy,
Relax more and more and more.
Now as you continue to bring breath,
Light and space into all these areas of your body,
Relax more and more and more and more.
And as you do,
Allow yourself to bring up a painful memory.
Maybe something that brings up pain in your relationship or your relationships.
In yourself,
In your health,
In your overall well-being,
In your career,
In your money situation or abundance.
Or in your life in general,
A feeling of lack or separation.
Something you want to heal,
Change,
Evolve,
Release and transcend permanently.
And while remaining relaxed,
Allow yourself to feel where you feel it the most.
What does it bring up in your body?
How do you feel?
As you focus on this situation that is as of yet unresolved,
This feeling that you're carrying in your body,
In your mind,
In your emotions.
Allowing for the emotions to come up.
Frustration,
Anger,
Resentment,
Sadness,
Disappointment,
Powerlessness,
Vulnerability.
Allowing for the thoughts,
The memories associated with this situation to simply come up,
Naturally,
Effortlessly.
As you continue to breathe,
As you continue to shine the light of consciousness into all areas and dimensions of discomfort and pain.
Keep breathing into those spaces,
Keep bringing light into them.
Opening up the space of your body and clearing the past by doing so.
Now as you continue to become aware of places in your body where you have been holding tension.
Lovingly bring your hands to one of these places of tension,
Of contraction,
Of stress.
And as you place your hands in this space,
Intend to send loving energy there.
Loving energy that has the capacity to heal all pain,
All hurt,
All the clear old wounds that you've been carrying with you up until now.
Hold that space with your hands,
Hold that space with your love.
Hold that part of yourself as if it were a child,
Your own inner child.
How many child parts of you can there be?
How much love can you give each one of them?
How much healing can happen when you do?
Connect to this healing loving energy that you're sending yourself.
Focus on this intention wholeheartedly and feel the healing occur as you do.
Choosing just one part for now,
Maybe your abdomen,
Maybe your solar plexus,
Your shoulders,
Your upper arms,
Your back.
Lovingly placing your hands in this space and holding yourself there,
Gently,
Softly,
Gently.
Maybe with more love and kindness than you've ever felt before.
Give yourself whatever you want to receive in that part of yourself.
Fully.
Fully,
Completely.
Without limit or condition,
Just because you choose to.
Holding yourself completely,
Wrapping your arms around yourself.
As if you were holding a child,
Holding yourself in your own arms,
Holding your inner child completely.
Feel how safe,
Protected,
Supported,
Loved,
Cared for,
Important and wanted you truly are.
You have always been.
Let yourself feel that,
Truly,
Completely.
Into each and every space of your body,
Into each and every part of you,
That is now filled with this healing energy,
With this love that you're choosing to give yourself again and again,
In each and every moment.
And this gentle holding fills your inner child with so much love,
Healing the parts of your inner child that were previously in pain,
That were previously holding on to the pain of the past.
Maybe images,
Thoughts,
Inner dialogue,
Memories come up as you keep holding your inner child.
Music Childhood situations,
Events or circumstances that are more challenging,
Similar to the ones that you're struggling with right now.
Maybe it becomes obvious that the same feelings and emotions are replaying themselves out.
Or maybe in the midst of the emotions and the pain,
It's not so easy to understand that they are the same.
Music Give away,
Let everything that comes up surface naturally.
And see it all as recordings from the past,
Interpretations of the past.
And let any associated hurt and painful emotion come to the surface as it does.
And simply choose to let it go,
To heal it completely.
Through your intention,
Through your choice,
Through your love,
Through your holding,
Through your gentle touch,
Through your kindness to yourself in this present moment.
Music And keep holding your inner child,
Sending love,
Sending healing energy as the pain and hurt from the past continue to arise.
From the subconscious layers where they've been stored,
Layers of suppressed emotions and energy now surfacing and clearing.
One by one,
Through your love,
Through your intention,
Through your free will choice,
To hold yourself,
To marvel yourself,
Your inner child.
And as the memories continue to bubble up and release,
You let go more.
You surrender more.
No longer grasping or clinging to the past.
No longer suppressing,
Repressing or denying.
No longer distracting.
Simply choosing to let them all go.
To use your free will choice to create a new you,
To create a new story,
To change your history.
In each and every moment,
In each and every breath,

Bringing light,
Breath and love to any area of tension in your physical body.

Begin to speak words of encouragement.
Words of love.
