Meet your Teacher

Dea Bozzo is a transformational leader, facilitator, and guide offering tools of empowerment for women to break free of old, limiting thought patterns, and return to their innate wisdom and feminine power. Dea offers an integrated approach that is transformational, trauma-sensitive, spirituality-based and includes meditation, ritual, and ceremony. She specializes in creating and holding sacred space for women to heal and transform.

Lesson 1

Creating The Environment For Flourishing

Consider this course a journey - a journey of returning home to the remembrance of yourself as a relational being deeply connected to yourself, to others, and to this greater field of energy we call nature, God, spirit, source, or the universe. Today is the first day of our journey and it begins by looking at our physical environment, the environment in which we live: our home. We will begin here by creating an atmosphere that will be supportive and representative of a renewed sense of energy - one that brings in hope, enthusiasm, lightness, and joy into our lives.

Lesson 2

Creating A Morning & Evening Ritual

In times of uncertainty, routines and rituals are extremely helpful, creating a rhythm to your day, building predictability, and helping you align with your highest good. They are extremely calming for your nervous system and help you regain a sense of control in times when we don’t have a lot of control over other parts of our lives. In today's class, I will give you a step-by-step process on how to create a morning and evening ritual that will easily fit into your lifestyle.

Lesson 3

Becoming A Safe Harbor For Yourself

In this class we will begin to turn inwards and look at the quality of the relationship we have with ourselves. Is it one that is nurturing, compassionate, accepting, or is it one that is judgmental and critical? You will learn a step-by-step practice that will help you turn towards yourself, your feelings and needs and be with them in a way that is empathetic, compassionate, supportive, and self-loving. You can learn to become a harbour of safety and support for yourself.

Lesson 4

Building A Positive, Supportive Community

One way to move out of languishing and gain some momentum is to build a network of support and community. The more we are able to do this, the more grounded we'll feel and the more support we'll receive in our lives. In today's class we will explore of how to come out of disconnection and into larger, positive, encouraging community, so our lives take on greater meaning and purpose.

Lesson 5

Realigning With Nature

So much of our modern world is set up to be indoors, cut off from the beauty and wonders of nature and of the spirit that flows through everything. This can often leave us feeling alone and disembodied. Nature, however, has a way of restoring that. In this class you will learn ways to align with nature and the goodness of life, so that you can trust life and know yourself as an integral part of this tapestry of life.

Lesson 6

Closing & Celebration

In today’s class we will recap and look back at our time together and celebrate your progress! Celebrate the big or small steps taken and the shifts made in creating a more positive, optimistic, and hopeful space within and around you. I will share a practice with you that is life affirming and leaves you with some powerful action steps that you can take to keep the momentum going. You will leave feeling grounded and nourished and trusting that the small steps you take will support you to grow into your greatest flourishing yet.
