Good morning and welcome to your day.

This is a meditation that will help you ground into yourself and set the tone for the rest of your day.

And before we begin,

I want to pause and invite you to thank yourself for being here,

For making a conscious effort to improve your well-being.

And so let's begin.

Wherever you're at,

If you are still lying in bed and want to remain lying down,

If you prefer to sit up,

Go ahead and take a moment to sit upright as we begin to leave our dream state behind and enter into waking.

And let's start by connecting with our breath.

So when you're ready,

Take in a nice,

Deep,

Beautiful,

Nourishing breath.

Feel your whole body expand and lift up towards the sky.

And as you exhale,

Letting all that stale air leave your body,

Emptying the lungs,

Letting the belly contract back inward.

And then begin again.

Big,

Full body breath in,

Filling up and holding on fullness.

And then slowly,

Slowly let that breath out,

Inviting relaxation and ease into your body and into your day.

Take a moment to drop into your body,

Beneath the mind,

Into your heart.

Take a breath and drop even deeper into your body,

Beneath your heart,

And into your hips,

And down through your legs and the soles of the feet,

Dropping down into the earth,

Letting go of your wandering thoughts,

Letting go of your worrying thoughts.

And just be here.

Be here fully present with the flow of your breath as it comes in.

And as you exhale,

Let that air go.

Let those thoughts go.

So once you are fully present here in your body with your breath,

I invite you to see the day ahead of you.

All the people you will interact with,

Some who are dear to you,

And some who challenge you.

Take a moment to see those interactions and how you would like them to go.

What are the qualities you are inviting in to accompany you?

What are the qualities you are inviting in to accompany you today?

Are they the qualities of love,

Kindness,

Aliveness,

Enthusiasm,

Curiosity?

Take a moment to see yourself moving through your day and inviting in your strengths and the qualities that you would like to feel and be.

Choose three to guide you today.

And it could be in the form of a statement.

Today I am choosing love to guide me.

Today I am choosing kindness,

Acceptance,

Allowing,

Surrender.

What is it for you that you would like to remember throughout your day of what is true and what is important to you?

And then taking a breath and breathing that in as if you could drop it deep down into your subconscious and into your conscious mind.

And then continue to come back to the vision of your day and allow a beam of light from your heart to connect to the heart of all those that you will be seeing today.

Especially those that challenge you.

Send them blessings and gratitude for they are on your path to assist you in growing and becoming the highest version of yourself.

And then taking another breath as you continue to anchor yourself in the heart of your subconscious mind.

As you continue to anchor yourself deep within yourself.

Anchoring yourself through the soles of your feet and into the earth.

Allowing Mother Earth to support you as you surrender into the flow of your life.

Let her breath move through you and around you,

Knowing you are cradled by her,

Nurtured by her,

Held by her.

And from this place,

Knowing that you are ready to face this day,

To bring in the qualities that are important to you so that you can take care of yourself,

To nourish yourself,

To love yourself,

To accept yourself,

So that you may offer it to others.

Allow this time to be a time of deep nourishment for yourself,

So you walk into your day feeling grounded,

Feeling rested.
