I enjoyed the practical exercises for experiencing new knowledge and concepts with each lesson. Correlating the experiential domain with cognitive integration was paramount in getting the most value from this course.

This is my favorite box breathing guided meditation! Long enough to feel like it changes your breathing for the rest of the day but short enough that it doesn’t feel too big to tackle. I also like falling asleep to it.

In the past, I have enjoyed meditations and talks created by Guri. So when I saw this course on his profile, I gave it a shot since, in general, I derive value from his content. I was pleasantly surprised at how many tools and resources were jampacked into such a short course. The visualization/quantum leaping, the advice around how to start to build a community around your well practices, and also the personal stories shared made this course relatable and helped ground the information shared. A lot of what I learned will support what I will be doing around getting my financial house in order. Thank you, Guri, for making such wonderful content available. I hope you create more courses like this in the future.
