
Missing Link Between Manifestation And Your Nervous System

The question is why nervous system work is so crucial and why it should be a part of your daily routine.
Now there can be many answers and I'm going to come up with my favorite one.
For that,
We need to simply understand that our nervous system is something that keeps us in survival,
Or it keeps us in,
This is my word that I came up with,
Thrival.
Now,
Let's go a little bit more deeper into the nervous system work.
I'm gonna give you an example of manifestation.
When we start with the manifestation,
Right?
We have these goals,
We set,
We write down our intention,
We write down our goals that this is what I want to bring into the reality.
Most of the time when we want to bring something in our physical,
It's something that is not familiar.
So if something that is not familiar to ourselves,
To our bodies,
We are not going to manifest it.
And the reason is that.
Our nervous system,
Our identity,
Our subconscious,
Whatever you want to call it.
It is trained to keep you safe.
When you give this new idea,
This new goal to your nervous system,
To your identity,
Like this is what I want to manifest,
Your identity is going to contract.
Even let's say when you have a goal of manifesting more money,
You want to increase your income.
It is not safe for your body.
Let's say your goal is to make $10,
000 every single month,
Right?
That's your goal.
And right now you're making let's say $5,
000 every single month.
Now,
When you start giving that information to your brain,
When it goes down to your body,
Unless you change how you feel,
Unless you actually regulate your nervous system,
It is going to block it.
It's going to say like,
No,
This is not safe for us.
This feeling is not familiar.
So it's like a foreign feeling.
So our job then becomes to make the new reality,
Make these new goals to feel safe in our body.
Again,
There are many different reasons that we should be doing the nervous system work and when we meditate we are already doing that because when we are sitting down in meditation we are calming our nervous system we are regulating our nervous system and remember that if you are.
Feeling anxious if you're stressed,
Which means you are living in survival.
The only job our nervous system,
Or our identity,
Is to keep us in the familiar.
Now familiar doesn't mean more.
Familiar means what you have,
This is enough.
Even though consciously you want more,
But your body or your subconscious is like This is not safe.
More is not safe for us.
So that's why we do this nervous system work where we first become aware of our patterns.
We become aware of what we call baseline.
Where you have this baseline you cannot make more or you cannot do more so that's your baseline right so now the easiest thing that you can do here is to first learn what is your baseline and what's the simple way to find that out just reflect see your reality now here sometimes people start to feel bad about their reality or about themselves Please don't do that.
Bring out some compassion.
No judgment.
Because now you have this awareness.
Now using that awareness,
You can start regulating your body.
And once you regulate yourself,
That you're safe in the present,
Because a lot of the time we are also not feeling safe in the present.
And then when you on top of that,
When you give these new goals to your body,
To your nervous system,
It's going to freak out.
It's going to be like,
No,
I don't want it.
Right.
So that's why first I want you to regulate yourself first in the present.
And once you feel a little bit more safe,
You feel that your mind is calm,
You can be more present,
Then you want to expand.
That's what I call it expansion phase.
Right.
And this is something that I also share in one of my challenges.
Money expansion challenge,
But again,
All you need to know right now is that this is how we do the nervous system work.
And this is why it is so crucial for our growth,
For us to scale to our next level.
And even just don't even think about growth.
Just think about you feeling safe in the moment.
