Lektion 1
Love Vs. Fear - Feeling It In Your Body
We must begin with a starting point. This lesson is the opportunity to really feel what your attachment feels like in your body. You will explore the sensations of Love and Fear, and start to look at how your current relationship to this person, place, situation, or thing is feeling overall. We will also explore how attachment is a gift and begin to bring more acceptance to the process.
Lektion 2
Exploring Your Fears
This lesson is about using your attachment as a catalyst for healing. You will learn where your attachment is pointing you and explore the deeper fears associated with letting go. This will be an opportunity for deeper intimacy and acceptance of self.
Lektion 3
Expanding Possibility
We cling to things because they make us feel safe. This lesson is about learning to feel safe in the possibility. What is there for you when you open? What else is available for you when you live with an open heart? What is the point of releasing attachment anyway?
Lektion 4
Gratitude
This is the first step in realigning your energy to receive all that is possible while living from an open heart. Today's process is about bringing more love to the situation we currently have - the right now. We will be working with gratitude to lessen resistance, soften your heart and open your energy field.
Lektion 5
Energetic Realignment
It is time to make the energetic shift - you will be redirecting your energy from that outside source and letting all of your love and energy circulate inward first. This is the final process to opening your heart and releasing attachment so you can love more freely and generously.
