Memento Mori: Living Fully is a four-day guided course exploring how awareness of mortality can become a practical tool for clarity, presence, and meaningful living. Drawing on Stoic philosophy and gentle reflective practices, this course helps you use the reality of impermanence not as something to fear, but as a way to sharpen attention, release what does not matter, deepen gratitude, and live in alignment with your values. Each day includes a short teaching and a guided exercise or meditation, designed to be calm, grounded, and emotionally supportive. You will be guided to reflect on how you spend your limited time, how you relate to others, and how you want to show up in your own life, without judgement or pressure to change everything at once. By the end of the course, you can expect to: Feel more present in daily life Let go of unnecessary worries, resentments, and distractions Appreciate what you have while you have it Make clearer, values-led choices about how you live This course is not about being morbid or dwelling on death. It is about waking up to the life you are already living, and learning how to meet it with greater honesty, care, and intention.

Through guided reflection and meditation, you’ll learn to notice the ordinary moments of life with clarity and appreciation, letting the awareness of life’s impermanence deepen your presence and focus.
