The Three Basic Categories Of Thoughts
Lesson one is about learning the categories of thoughts and how to know which thoughts are "yours" and which thoughts are not. This lesson also teaches how to avoid emotionally becoming attached to a thought. There will be a brief moment to reflect and apply what you learned from this lesson.
Lektion 2
Why Does Negative Thoughts Exist?
Lesson two is about why negative thoughts exist in the first place. We discuss how to handle them and how not to attach to them. Day 2 teaches how to recognize the thoughts that are coming from the "real" you and how to release all other thoughts with love.
Lektion 3
Strategies To Release Negative Thoughts Immediately
Lesson three is about releasing negative thoughts immediately. During day 3 you will learn the secret of how to finally let go of thoughts that don't serve you. We will learn a powerful question and strategy that you can take with you in your day-to-day life. Finally, we will end this course with a loving meditation.
