This is a quick meditation to allow you a moment to just be.
To just be you,
The now you.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
There is a version of you that doesn't exist yet,
It's trying to live in this moment.
It's waiting for you to become all that you truly are.
Let go of the old story,
Let go of the old you.
It's okay,
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
The old story you think of no longer exists,
You are whole,
You are enough.
You are in control,
Let go of the old story.
You are not that person anymore,
There is a new version of you that's waiting to become,
To become you in this now moment,
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Bring your thoughts to this moment,
Right now.
You are like a newborn baby,
You can be anybody you want.
You are breathing into the now you,
Nothing else in this moment matters,
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Quietly say to yourself,
I'm letting go of the old story,
I only have the now and in this now,
I can be whomever I want.
Now feel that,
Enjoy this silence as you feel the old story fading away.
Come back to my voice,
If your mind wandered,
It's okay.
You are back in the now,
You are breathing,
You are here.
Who do you want to be in this story?
Say hello to him or her,
Quietly introduce yourself.
Now breathe in,
Breathe out,
Release the old story,
You no longer exist.
Be here,
Be now,
Feel that,
Feel the new you that's dying to become.
