Lektion 1
The Art of Awareness (Plus Revision meditation)
If you change your mind, your conditions must change. Start becoming aware of negative thought patterns you have without trying to change circumstances or fix problems. All change will happen automatically by the power of your subconscious mind, not by conscious willpower or force. You can recreate memories in your mind with the technique of 'revision' which we do in a short mental imagery exercise/meditation in this lesson.

3 Mental Diet Strategies (Plus Letting Go Imagery Meditation)
In this lesson, we are turning from negative or self-limiting thoughts with strategies.
1. Add 'but' or more to the thought. For example, I am so tired. Change to: I am so tired BUT...
2. Five-second Rule (Mel Robbins). Allow thought, it's there anyway, but agree when you count down you will release the thought for the moment.
3. Breathe it out and release it or literally MOVE away from the thought.

Lektion 3
Power into Gratefulness (Plus "Isn't it Wonderful" Meditation)
We all know about the power of gratefulness but this week we draw awareness to replacing a negative thought with anything big or small that we can be grateful for at that moment. It does not have to be about that circumstance, or changing how you 'think' about what's happening. We just take attention away from it for the moment and replace it with a real and true grateful thought or feeling. Use Ho'oponopono if that works for you. Ends with Affirmation meditation to catch the feeling of 'Isn't it Wonderful', a Neville Goddard-inspired technique. Feel into the words with no thought, or you can visualize what 'isn't it wonderful' means to you.

Reprogram Limiting Beliefs (Plus New Belief Meditation)
Write down one belief you have in each square of life (do not overthink, just write down the first thing that comes to you): 1) wealth and abundance 2) self-expression 3) health 4) relationships.
Neville Goddard says 'your faith is your fortune'. Change your limiting beliefs to change your life. This is done in the depths of your subconscious mind and takes no outer work from you to change beliefs. The work is putting attention to awareness, and then choosing to tap into the power of your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind will fight you at first to do this because it doesn't want to change beliefs because it is conditioned to keep repeating these patterns of faith. Observe thoughts, unattached from the negativity that is not you, and replace your limiting belief with more powerful beliefs. Feel into these new beliefs and how it feels to live in this state. Meditation is about centering the self to choose new and empowering beliefs and remembering that you are already whole and complete and have all the answers within you.
Lektion 5
Feeling is the Secret (Plus Feeling Meditation)
Awareness of how much thoughts and feelings are attached and getting in touch with how you are feeling throughout the day. Where are you on the map of consciousness (David Hawkins)? Simple awareness alone can raise your energetic frequency on this map. How does it feel in your body? Where in your body do you feel emotion or stress? Just be aware, not try to change. Accept the feeling by witnessing it. Once you realize you are witnessing it, you are not attached to it anymore and you have the choice to keep it or let it go. Meditation allows us to start recognizing our feelings about ourselves, others, and our day.
Lektion 6
The Power of Self Image: (Plus Self Image Meditation)
This lesson includes a look into the book Psycho-Cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz and the power of self-image. Once you are aware of who you are, which again is whole and complete already, you can live from the state of being who you are. Visualize and feel this positive self-image by claiming the quality (confidence, worth, strong, healthy, love, etc) within your subconscious mind to be drawn out into your outer world.
Lektion 7
Connection is Key
When you connect with yourself, others, and nature it creates positive, natural energy and flow in your life. Energy is connection so when you are disconnected, you are in an unnatural feeling state where negativity can arise. The more you center yourself in connection, the more natural your world becomes; a world filled with wonder and abundance. Today you focus on that word connection and when negative energy comes along, you immediately say connect and see where you can detach from the negative and lean into a connection. A connection with self, with another, or with nature, whatever works for you at the moment. Having this power of awareness to step into connection and away from a limiting thought will give you more and more realization of the true power that you hold within you to naturally enjoy the life you have.
