Welcome to Jar Your Mind.

My name is Joey.

Cozy into your bed now.

Feeling relaxed and knowing that soon you will be fast asleep.

There is no force to sleep.

There is no hoping for sleep.

There is no overthinking about sleep.

It is natural.

It is calming.

It is restorative.

Sleep is the ultimate gift to yourself and asks nothing from you in return.

So do nothing.

Embrace the safe darkness as you are falling more and more into the stillness.

You take a slight notice of your breath and how it is getting more and more gentle as you are also just ever so slightly aware of your relaxing body.

You take notice of any tension that arises,

Starting from your head,

Your face,

To the pelvis,

Your chest,

Releasing any tension as you gently breathe in and breathe out.

Feeling the lightness and ease,

You continue to relax all the inner workings as you breathe in gently,

Expanding your belly and breathing out slowly into a sleepy exhale into the comfortable seat of your feet and toes.

As you are drifting off,

You take one more scan of your body,

Noticing any tension or tightness that may be lingering.

You go to that area now,

Releasing any lasting grips that remain as you coast deeper into restful,

Restorative.

Isn't it wonderful?

Into the stillness.

Isn't it wonderful?

You fall deeper into the stillness.

Isn't it wonderful?

You fall deeper and deeper into the stillness and all is well.

Isn't it wonderful?

You fall deeper and deeper into the stillness.

Isn't it wonderful?

Into the stillness.

Isn't it wonderful?

Into the stillness.

Isn't it wonderful?

You fall deeper and deeper into the stillness.

Isn't it wonderful?

You fall deeper and deeper into the stillness.
