Welcome to Jar Your Mind.

My name is Joey.

And in this sleep meditation,

You will feel your body relaxing into sleep as you remember the miracle that is your body.

And that your body will heal as you sleep.

And your cells will regenerate healthy cells as you sleep.

And every molecule in your body will be filled with energy and light to prepare you for tomorrow with assurance and knowing that you are a powerful being made of energy and made of light.

And you are so thankful to have a miraculous body in this life that automatically beats your heart,

Pumps your lungs with air,

And fills your cells with power to move you and give you form in this human.

It is amazing that I have this body that is electric and powerful.

It is amazing to have this body that as I sleep,

I am healing and regenerating that power.

It is amazing that as I dream and go to other places,

My body stays here using electrical impulses to stimulate and rebuild cells into new and powerful cells.

Every atom in my body is working for me.

Every electron is moving in its perfect way.

Every particle of me is reforming,

Transforming,

Regenerating,

Rebuilding,

And performing amazing feats of wonder to give me power and life in this world.

And at my core,

I am never-ending power and light.

I am light.

I am energy.

I am electric.

I am infinite and connected to all things.

And as I sleep,

I recharge,

Reboot,

And realign with my inner core truth as my body heals and regenerates in a perfect and miraculous way.

As you begin to fade off into sleep and fade off into dream world,

You know that you are perfectly made and that you are perfectly healing and that you are healthy and that you are strong.

And as you continue to fade into sleep,

You know that all is well and you know that you are light and you are energy.

And as you rest now,

You go into dream world knowing that you are power and that you are infinite and that you are light and that every cell in your being will be restored and renewed as you rest.

I am healthy.

I am light.

I am energy.

I am strong.

I am powerful.

As I sleep,

My body is resetting to its perfect dimensions.

And I will wake up full of life and full of energy and full of power because I am healthy.

I am light.

I know that I am connected to all things through the energy that is within me and radiates through and around me.

And as I sleep,

The energy within me refuels every particle of my being and recharges every cell and every system of my human body.

And as I sleep,

The power within me keeps my organs and my heart and my mind and my nervous system and all my muscles and tissues and bones alive and strengthening as I rest and as I dream.

Knowing that tomorrow I will be in my light.

And tomorrow I will be in my strength and tomorrow I will be in my truth.

And tomorrow I will be in my power and with my energy and with my perfect state of health.

I am healthy and I am strong.

And as I sleep,

My body regenerates and grows stronger and more alive as I rest.
