Welcome to Jar Your Mind.
My name is Joey and today we are going to do a guided meditation and we're going to visualize what it really means to feel grateful.
When you're ready,
Go ahead and close your eyes and start to quiet the mind and just say the word,
Gratefulness.
Just keep repeating that word as you think about your breath getting slower and more controlled.
Nice and easy breathing.
Just saying gratefulness,
Gratefulness.
And maybe right now that word is not feeling so great to you.
Gratefulness.
But just keep saying it anyway.
And keep breathing with your eyes closed and begin to put yourself in a really beautiful place.
In your imagination.
Maybe it's in nature.
Somewhere that just feels good to you.
Just for a little bit here.
Keep saying the word grateful.
And keep feeling more and more at peace as you're starting to slow down your mind.
And slow down the looping pattern of thoughts.
And the only thought that you're still lingering with is that word grateful.
Grateful.
And as you look in your screen of space in your imagination in this beautiful place in nature,
Wherever you are in your imagination,
Look closely at the details and start to see a beautiful world in front of you.
Note the colors.
Note the time of day.
And note how you are feeling right now as you continue to say the word grateful.
And now you add I am.
I am grateful.
And as you say I am grateful,
You continue to look around and look where you are.
And I want you to begin to form an image of what it means to feel grateful.
And what do you see when you say I am grateful?
Who do you see?
What do you see?
What world do you see?
I am grateful.
I am grateful.
I am grateful.
Continue to visualize what this means to you.
Feel the light within you.
Feel the light shining through you.
Feel the light around you.
And feel the energy that is building inside of you.
That is you.
And repeat I am grateful.
I am light.
And I am energy.
And I am power.
And I am grateful.
What do you see and how do you feel knowing that you are grateful and that you are light and that you are energy and that you are power?
How do you feel right now?
Embrace the love and the light that is you and that is in you and that is all around you as you say I am grateful.
I am grateful.
What other senses do you have?
Do you smell anything?
Do you hear anything?
What are you creating in your imagination?
What is real in your world?
And what are you grateful for now?
I am grateful.
I am grateful.
I am light.
I am energy.
I am power.
Continue to visualize and to see your inner core truth.
Using the light shine within you,
Radiating through you and around you.
I am grateful.

And all is well.
And all is light.
And all is love.

And this is what gratefulness means to me right now.
Continue to radiate in this light and radiate in the meaning of gratefulness in your life knowing that you are light and you are energy and you are power.
And saying again I am grateful.

And I know what this means and I will take this with me and I will be in this state of gratefulness and I will live from this state moving forward with my light within me and shining out and into the world.

And I understand what that means to me.
