Am I An Insomniac?
Having difficulty sleeping is a problem for most of us, at least from time to time. Though are you sure what you are suffering from is not an acute (short-term) sleep disorder? You can always consult a medical professional, but in the meantime, you can start this seven-day course and, as part of the first day's lesson, see if what you experience overlaps with the symptoms of Insomnia.
