Chakra meditation is designed to bring you back to neutrality,
To a place of balance.
You might call this zero point.
A place where you can begin again with a fresh new mind.
Il-Chi-Li.
Welcome to this chakra cleansing Ho'oponopono meditation.
When you are ready,
Close your eyes and fully concentrate on your breath.
Watch your breath carefully.
Start from your scalp and go down slowly,
Relaxing each and every part of your body.
Relax your head,
Your ears,
Your forehead,
Your eyelids,
Your cheeks,
Your chin,
Your jaw.
Now relax your neck and your throat,
Your shoulders,
Your upper arms,
Your lower arms,
Your hands,
All the way to your fingertips.

And your abdomen area.
Continue with relaxing your hips,

Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your lower legs,
Your feet,
All the way to your toes.
Take a big deep breath in and let it go.
Take another deep breath in and while exhaling,

When your breath is perfectly calm and soft,
Bring your attention to Muladhara,
Your root chakra,

When you keep swallowing your words,
When you cannot express yourself,
When you are afraid of saying what you want to say,
This chakra gets clogged.
Thyroid problems,
Throat infections,
Losing your voice signal a barrier in that chakra that needs cleansing.
While cleansing that chakra and repeating the whole upon upon of forgiveness prayer,

The third eye chakra located between your eyes.
Give your thanks to this chakra for a strong gut instinct as it is responsible for your intuition,
Imagination and your power of manifestation.
It helps you in creating your life and your future.
Imagine a spiraling beautiful indigo blue color right on your third eye chakra.
And repeat the mantra seven times.

Now move your attention to the last one,
Sahasrara,
The crown chakra located at the top of your head.
This one represents your spiritual connection to yourself,
Others and the universe.
It also plays a role in your life's purpose.
Energy comes in through this chakra and travels through your body,
Passing by each chakra one by one.
A cleansed and open crown chakra brings you clarity with your reason of being and your path toward your enlightened self.
Celebrate this chakra shining brightly in beautiful violet color and send your whole upon upon a forgiveness prayer by repeating it once again seven times.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.

Brightly in their vibrant and gorgeous colors with all my love and gratitude.
Namaste.
