Chakra meditation is designed to bring you back to neutrality,

To a place of balance.

You might call this zero point.

A place where you can begin again with a fresh new mind.

Il-Chi-Li.

Welcome to this chakra cleansing Ho'oponopono meditation.

When you are ready,

Close your eyes and fully concentrate on your breath.

Watch your breath carefully.

Start from your scalp and go down slowly,

Relaxing each and every part of your body.

Relax your head,

Your ears,

Your forehead,

Your eyelids,

Your cheeks,

Your chin,

Your jaw.

Now relax your neck and your throat,

Your shoulders,

Your upper arms,

Your lower arms,

Your hands,

All the way to your fingertips.

Now relax your chest,

Your upper back,

Your middle back,

Your lower back,

And your abdomen area.

Continue with relaxing your hips,

Your pelvis area,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Your lower legs,

Your feet,

All the way to your toes.

Take a big deep breath in and let it go.

Take another deep breath in and while exhaling,

Relax all your body.

When your breath is perfectly calm and soft,

Bring your attention to Muladhara,

Your root chakra,

Which is located at the base of your spine,

While imagining the color red.

Focus on your root chakra,

Which generates creative energy.

Mentally think about any problems you are facing now in this lifetime related to the root chakra.

Pay attention to any feelings arise,

Be it anger,

Frustration,

Or any other.

Let it come to the surface.

Intend to cleanse any negativity through Ho'oponopono forgiveness prayer.

Say it seven times inwardly or aloud as you feel comfortable.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

I love you.

Thank you.

This time,

Move your attention to Swadhisthana,

The sacral chakra that's located just below your belly button while imagining the color orange.

This chakra is the source of creativity.

Sit on your sacral chakra and see what emotions and feelings are coming up.

Be neutral.

Don't engage in any emotion.

Just observe.

Say the forgiveness prayer and ask to remove any negativity,

Emotions,

And feelings to cleanse seven times.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

The next chakra is Manipura,

The solar plexus chakra located in your stomach area.

Bring your attention there while imagining the color yellow.

This chakra,

When cleansed,

Brings you confidence and self-esteem while also helping you feel in control of your life.

Visualize a beautiful yellow light shining on your solar plexus chakra.

Give all your love to it while repeating the Ho'oponopono mantra seven times.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Our next stop is Anahata,

The heart chakra.

It is located near your heart in the center of your chest.

And it comes as no surprise that this chakra is all about our ability to love and show compassion.

Bring your attention and love to your heart chakra while imagining a vibrant green shining in that area of your body.

That's your source of life,

The rhythm of your life,

The emotion center of your body.

Treat it well.

Give your thanks to it while repeating the forgiveness mantra once again seven times.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

I love you.

Thank you.

Now connect with Vishuddha,

The throat chakra,

Which is located in your throat area.

This chakra has to do with our ability to communicate verbally.

When you keep swallowing your words,

When you cannot express yourself,

When you are afraid of saying what you want to say,

This chakra gets clogged.

Thyroid problems,

Throat infections,

Losing your voice signal a barrier in that chakra that needs cleansing.

While cleansing that chakra and repeating the whole upon upon of forgiveness prayer,

Visualize a gorgeous light blue or turquoise color in your throat area.

Again seven times.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

I love you.

Thank you.

Let's move now to the Ajna,

The third eye chakra located between your eyes.

Give your thanks to this chakra for a strong gut instinct as it is responsible for your intuition,

Imagination and your power of manifestation.

It helps you in creating your life and your future.

Imagine a spiraling beautiful indigo blue color right on your third eye chakra.

And repeat the mantra seven times.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

I love you.

Thank you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Now move your attention to the last one,

Sahasrara,

The crown chakra located at the top of your head.

This one represents your spiritual connection to yourself,

Others and the universe.

It also plays a role in your life's purpose.

Energy comes in through this chakra and travels through your body,

Passing by each chakra one by one.

A cleansed and open crown chakra brings you clarity with your reason of being and your path toward your enlightened self.

Celebrate this chakra shining brightly in beautiful violet color and send your whole upon upon a forgiveness prayer by repeating it once again seven times.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

I love you.

Thank you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

I love you.

Thank you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

I love you.

Thank you.

All your seven chakras are cleansed and ready to transmit energy coming into your body,

Embraced with love,

Compassion,

Forgiveness and gratitude that you have communicated through this whole upon upon a chakra meditation.

Repeating this meditation 21 days in a row would open them all like blossoming flowers and give them the ability to do their magical work freely.

Thank you for gifting this time to yourself for healing and cleansing your chakras.

See them all shining at the same time,

Brightly in their vibrant and gorgeous colors with all my love and gratitude.

Namaste.

Simply amazing. I am up for the 21 day challenge. Update- incredible sadness emerged in just about every chakra. Some tears flowing too—not sure how to interpret- perhaps I am reconciling with my inner child?
