When every inch of the world is known,
Sleep may be the only wilderness that we have left.
Sleep is a powerful experience that we all have.
It allows our body and mind heal and rest so that we can create our future.
Sleep is a wonderful way to access a slower brain frequency state that is similar to when we are sleeping.
This allows for the creative brain to activate and begin the process of manifesting your desires.
Are you ready to go into a very relaxing state to allow yourself the deep sleep that you deserve every night?
As you follow my voice,
You're going to get cozy and comfy in your bed and allow yourself to drift off to sleep.
So make sure you have your favorite pillow and snuggle up in just the position you like.
And when you're ready,
Find a small spot to gaze at somewhere comfortably in front of you.
Focus on this spot and do not let your eyes turn away.
As you look at that spot,
I will count down from 10 and I will ask you to blink your eyes with every number I count.

Blink your eyes.

Blink.

And 0.
Your eyes are ready to gently close.
So just allow them to.
And notice when you do so,
A gentle wave of relaxation sweep over you completely.
Sleep is our rest state and awake is the active state.
We must have a good flow going between resting and activating.
Rest and activate.
And we can achieve any goal with set forth.
So just imagine now that in front of you,
There is a set of stairs going down.
These stairs lead you to the knowledge of restful and rejuvenating sleep.
When I begin to count down from 10,
You will start to walk down these stairs.
Feeling more and more relaxed with each step you take.

As you step off the stairs,
You step into white sand,
Sparkling under the moonlight.
It's so soft under your feet.
Just feel the sensations you have in your feet on the sand.
Now look ahead and all you see is more sand in front of you.
But you can also hear the ocean.
Walk towards the sound of the ocean.
As you're walking,
You can feel a light breeze.
You notice the smell of the salty air.
And as you're looking around,
You see the ocean.
Peak over the sand dune.
You're walking toward the ocean now.
And you notice the sand under your feet gets firmer because it's saturated with sea water.
You get to the shore where the ocean meets the sand.
And you see little waves coming up and down.
Up and down.
And as the waves come and go,
You see some things in the sand like shells,
Pieces of seaweed,
Your own footprints.
And you see a little piece of driftwood.
That's the perfect size for riding in the sand with.
Pick up this driftwood and now draw your name into the sand where it's moist.
Slowly write out each letter,
Noticing the sound that it makes as you scratch it through the sand.
Now step back and look at your name.
Even in the darkness,
You can see it perfectly under the light of the full moon.
As you see your beautiful name that carried you through your whole life,
You notice a little wave coming closer.
This wave catches part of your name and washes it away as it goes back into the ocean.
And then another wave comes and washes your name even more.
And another comes and washes it away completely.
And now all you can see is ripples in the sand where your name used to be.
Continue walking along the beach,
Noticing your surroundings.
What kind of sounds do you hear?
Can you hear any seabirds?
Or are they all asleep too?
Do you feel the wind blowing?
How does the sand feel under your feet?
It is nice,
Right?
Now you feel like you're ready for a little rest.
You look around and notice that there is a bed on the beach.
The most comfortable looking bed you have ever seen.
It's big and it's covered with snow white sheets,
Pillows and the softest covers.
Go ahead and lie down.
It is your bed.
It has been waiting for you.
And before you close your eyes to rest,
Look out once again into the ocean.
Watch the waves that are dancing under the moonlight and sparkly stars.
Cover yourself while still feeling the gentle breeze on your face.
You can let the sleep take you in now.
You know that you will sleep deeply and soundly.
You are ready.
You can barely notice your breath now because it has slowed to only what is needed for a restful sleep.
And it feels wonderful.
You deserve a restful sleep.
You deserve to sleep in a way that you feel completely rejuvenated when you rise.
Your dreams are constructive and offer a space for learning.
Your dreams contribute to a happy,
Wakeful life.
Your dreams complement your good qualities and offer feelings of completion.
Let the dreamy feeling flow and float now,
