Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo is a mantra that represents the unified field of consciousnesses. In other words, it is the essence of all existence and non-existence, and the ultimate creative force behind planets, stars, nebulae, people, animals, trees, and all phenomena, manifest or latent. All matter and intelligence are simply waves or ripples manifesting to and from this core source. Chanting it each day helps us reach the core of our enlightenment.

Near the end, I started to feel energy rasing within me which left a big smile on my face. So we instructed to open eyes with a big smile, it was already there.
