Nam Myoho Renge Kyo - Chant Of Miracles

Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo is a mantra that represents the unified field of consciousnesses. In other words, it is the essence of all existence and non-existence, and the ultimate creative force behind planets, stars, nebulae, people, animals, trees, and all phenomena, manifest or latent. All matter and intelligence are simply waves or ripples manifesting to and from this core source. Chanting it each day helps us reach the core of our enlightenment.

I recently realized how much I enjoy chanting. This has been amazing for me! I appreciate the relaxation meditation in the beginning and the encouragement after the chant. I love how I get tingles starting at the top of my head going throughout my body right after the chanting. This is a beautiful meditation and I highly recommend!

I was so happy to find this chanting session .
My sister took me with her to her group to chant this chant I can still smell the insense and hear the chimes.
Many years have passed and she passed a few years ago. Those times meditating with her imprinted my whole life and how I feel and care for the world .
