What if you could wake up every day feeling happy and optimistic? You were put here on purpose and with purpose. Happiness and freedom are your birthrights. When you really believe that you are the creator of your life, and begin creating that life on purpose, deliberately and just the way you want it, the world will open up right before you. When you decide that you and only you are in charge of the way you feel, then the magic happens. You want what you want because you think having it will make you happy. It won’t. But if you learn to be happy first, then all your desires will begin to manifest. A vast majority of people today say they are not happy with their lives and are trying desperately to change their circumstances in order to find happiness. You are going to learn that happiness is not something you find outside of yourself, it's something you choose from inside; that you create, that you generate. While you can indeed alter your outside world and you will, you never need to wait for things to change in order to be happy. You can choose to be happy anyway, no matter what. To be the master of your perspective in any circumstance. Instead of trying to change your outer world to find happiness, you will learn to master your inner world to create happiness, and then watch as the world around you changes to match your new high vibration. Hi, I'm Lauren G. Foster and I am so happy to be sharing with you on Insight Timer today. This life course is designed to help you to begin living the life of your dreams, waking up excited and eager every day, in love with your life in this moment, and thrilled about the endless possibilities of your future! In this course, you will complete daily journal activities to help you get back in touch with who you really are and to re-discover the longing of your soul. Your journal will be your constant companion on this journey, so choose it with care and plan to have it with you at all times as you progress through this course. You will begin teaching yourself to shift your attention toward love and appreciation and away from fear, judgment, and discontent. You will reawaken your imagination and remember how to dream. By the end of our time together, you will have a new, bright and shiny outlook on all of your relationships; those with other people, but also your relationship to your own body, to your money, and to your own highest self. You are creating your life and I want to teach you to create your life on purpose. Please take the time to ask questions and share your experiences in the course classroom. I promise to respond to everyone and provide you with any clarity or additional information you would like. I'm so excited to hear from you. Many people will skip over exercises that seem uncomfortable or difficult. I encourage you not to do this. Bring the open and clear mind of a child to this work, trust the process, try everything with an open and willing heart and see what you learn. Finally, set your intention now that you will give yourself the gift of following through and completing the course. About 90 percent of people who begin a course like this never finish. Make up your mind now that you will honor yourself and your life and see the course all the way through. Positive Mindset Bootcamp
The first ā€œhomeworkā€ in this course is to make a list of everything you love about your life in six major areas: Health (body), Money (financial health), Relationships, Career/Work/Business, Home, and Lifestyle. You attract what you are and there is much to love in your life just like it is. We will begin this course by starting to appreciate everything that is wonderful in your life right now. It’s ok to want more. It's good to want more. Desire and the fulfillment of that desire are part of the delicious wonder of this human experience. We’ll do a short meditation together to get you started appreciating at least one thing from each area of your life.

Entering Your Starting Point
While we will be focusing 99% of the time on the positive in this course, it is helpful to take just a moment to assess where you are in each area of your life in comparison to where you want to be. When you recognize what you don’t want, it helps to give you great clarity and purpose about what you DO want. We will briefly give our learning GPS a starting point by describing the changes we would like to see in four basic areas of life: your body, your money, your relationships, and your lifestyle. Our meditation for this day will be about opening your mind and heart to abundance, being in a state of allowing. We will use the mantra I AM for this meditation that helps you feel your connection to source and the immensity of your creative power.

Rediscover What You Really Love
When you were a child, you loved to play and dream and your imagination knew no limits. You could be a tiger, an astronaut, and a ballerina all in one hour of play. Make a list today of all the things you loved to do throughout your life but no longer do. Maybe you will choose to incorporate some of these activities back into your life. You will certainly learn something about what makes your soul sing. Our meditation today will be an imagination awakening visualization.

Opening To Infinite Possibility
Another trap we humans fall into is postponing our dreams until ā€œsomedayā€ and finding ourselves with regrets at the end of this human adventure. Reignite the desire to have amazing experiences in this life by writing a ā€œbucket list.ā€ Write at least 21 things that you would like to experience or accomplish while you are here on earth. Later in the course when we are writing our new story and learning to manifest, we will refer back to all of these lists. Our meditation today is about envisioning magical possibilities and our limitless impact on the universe. 
Lektion 5
Knowing Where You Stand
Many times in life, we feel forced to compromise our values, to bend our beliefs to keep the peace, pave the way or just get along. Little by little, we can drift away from our own path and find ourselves lost and disconnected from who we really are. Today, we are going to talk about values. We’ll make a broad list, then narrow that down to five and rank those in order of importance. This will remind you what is really important to you, what you really care about, and where you want to make your stand. You will also be able to ensure that you don’t have conflicting values and if you do, how to get those in alignment. Our meditation today is about setting aside the voices of fact and reason and opening entirely to the voice of spirit, your highest self, your own divine, and eternal being.

Celebrate Your Potential
Now that you have re-awakened your imagination and reminded yourself of what you love and that anything is possible, you might have doubts that you have what it takes to step into this dream. Trust me, you know more than you realize, you’re more talented, skilled, and capable than you think, and you’re more special than you can imagine. Today’s exercise is to help you to realize how fabulous you are and how amazing your potential is. Make a list of everything you are naturally good at. No matter how large or small, write it down. Now list all of your accomplishments, achievements, degrees, certifications, prizes. We will incorporate positive affirmations and ā€œI Amā€ statements into today’s meditation. 
Lektion 7
Write Your New Story
Writing your new story, or the vision for the life you are creating should be really really fun and joyful! This is like entering your desired destination into the GPS of your life, giving you direction and clarity. It’s not a commitment! As you explore life, your desires will change and your vision will change accordingly. The purpose of this new story is to help you to be what you want to attract. Project yourself out into the future, 1, 3, 5, or even 10 years from now, and write how you would love your life to be if you had everything you currently want. Describe your relationships, your home, your lifestyle, your money, and how you create in the world. We’ll learn the five parts of a really powerful vision story. In our meditation, we will practice ā€œputting onā€ this vision and living into it for the day. And for the rest of your life. 
Lektion 8
ā€œPutting Onā€ Your New Story
Part of the new morning ritual you will learn will involve interacting and spending time with your new story, your vision for the life you are creating. We’ll start by testing your story to be sure that it is worthy of you. Worthy of trading your time and attention for. There are four steps to this test. 1) Does reading your story make you feel alive and excited? 2) Do you need help from a higher power to create this new life? 3) Does your new story require you to grow? 4) Is there good in this creation for others? We’ll do an abundance meditation and visualization for this lesson.

Magnificent Manifesting Morning Ritual
The first moments of your day, right when you open your eyes are the most powerful of the whole day. You stop momentum while you sleep, so you have a fresh clean slate to start with each day. Today, we’ll gather some tools and set intentions for choosing how you want to feel, what kind of mood you want to be in, what kind of day you want to have before your feet even hit the floor. We will also do a manifesting morning meditation to cement your intentions.

Create Your Morning Spiritual Ritual
Remember testing your new story and the part about needing the help of a higher power? This is where we talk and learn about spirit. Don’t get hung up on words like god, goddess, etc. Whatever you want to call the force that beats your heart and resonates in your soul, that is what we call spirit. This is where all of your power is and taking time to create a ritual to remind you of how powerful you are, how supported, how resourced, is a wonderful way to begin building a life that you love. We will learn about creating a sacred space and adding tools and props to support your ritual. We’ll explore intention setting, journaling, and fire rituals and get you started with a powerful, intentional morning date with your highest self. We will also cover five simple journaling exercises and do an I AM meditation to immerse yourself in your intentions for the day.

Journaling Exercises For Amazing Days
Journaling is a fantastic way to help you stay in touch with your highest self, to be the master of your thoughts and intentions, and to be mindful of the day you are creating. There are four journaling activities that I like to do every day and today you will learn and try these and get started with a meaningful morning journaling practice. The first is to choose your Magic Orchid for the day. The second is to write a series of affirmations or "I Am" statements to cement in your own heart and mind who you truly want to be and how you want the Universe to support you. Third, "I Am Creating" statements. We are often at the mercy of our long and unmanageable to-do lists. This is your chance to add focus and clarity to your plans for your day. The fourth and final journaling step is to write about your vision. Our meditation for today is a mindfulness practice to help you to be grounded and focused, and to celebrate your ability to be fully present, here, where your power is.

Create A Loving Relationship With Your Body
Many times we give only negative attention to our bodies. We look in the mirror and notice only flaws. We deprive it of food or punish it with exercise to try to force it to be the size and shape we want. A better way to a healthy, strong, beautiful body is to love it and treat it with respect and consideration. Make a list of all the wonderful functions your body is performing perfectly. Begin learning to love and appreciate your body as the wonderful servant it is. Your body loves you and wants the time you spend together (every minute of every day) to be harmonious and fun and loving. We will be doing a dody scan/loving energy meditation for today.

Make Friends With Food
Food is, obviously, essential for life and it’s supposed to be delicious and fun. Too often, we abuse food or abuse ourselves for how we eat (or don’t). Today’s lesson will be about keeping a food journal for a week to learn how you interact with food. You will learn to get in better touch with your body and gain the tools to discover what your body likes. You’re unique and so is your body. There is no cookie-cutter lifestyle that will bring health and vitality to everyone. Discover what your body wants, when it wants it and in what quantities, by learning to be mindful, kind, and attentive. Highlight the importance of food by creating a monthly ritual with friends or family around food. Enjoy a ā€œchecking in with your bodyā€ meditation for this day.

Renew Your Agreement With Sleep
Remember when you were a teenager and you loved to sleep? You could sleep 10, 12 or more hours and love every minute of it? Then, somewhere along the way, you got the message that sleep was for the lazy and unambitious. You learned that your daily to do list is more important than sleep. ā€œGo-gettersā€ brag about how little they sleep, like it’s a badge of honor. Today, you’ll get an education on why sleep is really so important and how to get the amount of quality sleep that you and your body want and need. Examine your beliefs and experience regarding sleep and develop some bedtime rituals. Our meditation will be an awesome, ā€œbest sleep everā€ meditation. 
Lektion 15
Be A Body In (Joyful) Motion
How, when, and how much you move your body does indeed have a direct connection to your health and happiness, but again this is unique to you and should be joyful. The easiest way to figure out how your body wants to move is to try different things. Awaken your imagination by making a list of things you could try to get your body moving in joyful ways. Everything counts so have fun trying things out. Create one monthly ritual that includes physical movement. Today, we'll do a happy, healthy, and strong body meditation.

Reconnect With Your Breath
It may seem as if your breath is completely automatic and in no need of attention from you, but believe it or not, there are ways to breathe that are better for your body than others. Your body was designed so that all breathing happens through your nose. It is also wondrous and amazing in that it provides a Plan B in the event that you can't breathe through your nose. But mouth breathing is not meant to be your primary method of breathing. Learning to be conscious and aware of your breath can maximize the levels of oxygen and other components of air to benefit your body the most. It can even alleviate some symptoms and conditions like sleep apnea and asthma. Of course, these practices are not meant to replace the advice and treatment of your doctor. Only to give you additional information and greater power over your breath. Today's meditation will be all about your breath.

Fall Back In Love With Love
Human beings are social creatures and our relationships are vital to us. Every relationship you have can be enriched and deepened by the attention you give to it. In this lesson, we’ll learn how to start offering love and praise and withholding criticism. Make a list of positive aspects of each of the important people in your life and remind yourself of how lovable they are. Fall back in love with love and the people you share your life with. A beautiful loving forgiveness meditation is in this lesson. 
Lektion 18
Love Up On Your Money
Money is energy and has a consciousness, just like everything else. Often, we are taught negative things about money, like ā€œmoney is evil,ā€ rich people are mean, earning money is hard. Changing and shifting our beliefs and creating a loving relationship with money will change your life! In this lesson, you will learn how to have an abundance mindset, to have great gratitude for the bounty you already have, and a secure belief about future manifestations. In line with this, we will do an "Allowing Abundance" meditation today. 
Lektion 19
The Ordinary Day Of Your Dreams
An extraordinary life is made up of a series of extraordinary days. Many of us suffer and struggle and toil through our everyday lives, living for the weekend or for the two weeks we get to have vacation each year. Learn instead to embrace each day and fill it with fun, joy, and love of the journey. You are supposed to love where you live, who you live with, and what you do every moment of every day. We will do some exercises to help you embrace the parts of your life that are already amazing and how to create going forward, happy and free on purpose.

Celebrate! You’re Now Equipped To Build A Remarkable Life
Today, we're putting it all together. This session features a review and summary of the entire journey of this short but really full course. We will also discuss a strategy for implementing all of the lessons learned. There will also be reminders of key elements, rituals, and habits. We end by doing a "Love My Life" meditation.
