For today's Manifesting Morning Meditation,
Get your body in the most comfortable position you can find.
Honor your body by being safe and warm and comfortable and relaxed.
Form a straight line between your hips and the top of your head and imagine your body as your connection between this world,
To your higher power,
To your source,
To all that is.
We'll begin as always by taking three long,
Slow,
Deep breaths in together.
First long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And release.
Second breath in.
And release.
And the magical third breath in.
And release.
Check in briefly with your body.
Make sure that everything is relaxed and you're not holding tension anywhere.
Settle into a rate of breathing that is conscious but is comfortable.
Feel your magic breath spreading to every cell of your body,
Nourishing you,
Bringing life.
Now bring to mind a happy thought,
A joyful memory,
A person,
A pet,
An experience,
Anything that you can always rely on to make you smile.
To make your heart soar and your soul sing.
Bring that into your mind and really feel how it feels to be present with that thought.
To be connected with that memory or that person,
Appreciation of that experience.
Become very clear as to what this feeling feels like.
We're going to use all of our senses to further define and cement and wrap our arms around this feeling so that we can come back to it anytime during our day.
That we want to feel stronger and happier,
The master of our perspective,
The master of our day.
Start by giving this feeling a color.
If this feeling could be any color,
What would it be?
Maybe the bright blue of a summer sky.
Maybe the deep green of a tropical forest.
Maybe a majestic purple or happy yellow.
Maybe the orange of a warm fire.
Whatever color most suits this happy feeling that you've chosen for this meditation,
Assign that color.
Form it as a picture in your mind.
Now give this memory a sound.
Is it the sound of a trickling stream or a roaring river?
Of ocean waves crashing on the beach?
Of the song of birds,
The laughter of children?
Maybe it's the melody of your favorite song.
Feel the connection between your happy feeling and the beautiful color and the glorious song that accompanies it.
Now give this feeling a smell.
Your sense of smell can evoke memories on a subconscious level more quickly than any of your other senses.
What is the fragrance that's associated with this happy memory?
Is it the warm smell of freshly turned earth in your garden?
Favorite perfume?
The smell of flowers?
Of a holiday meal simmering on the stove?
Maybe it's the smell of ocean breezes?
Let yourself smile and melt into this feeling.
Happy feeling suffused with light and color and sound.
Fragrance.
Now let's wrap a ribbon around this package that you've created,
This beautiful touchstone for your day and give it a word.
Assign one word or phrase to this feeling,
This remarkable peace and joy and happiness and freedom.
That's how you want to feel all the time.
What word can you use as your trigger or your touchstone throughout the day to bring to mind this amazing experience?
This is how you manifest.
You attract what you are.
You've manifested a beautiful package to be your touchstone for the day.
You've created this.
Using nothing but energy and your connection to spirit and your will.
Maintaining this feeling,
Being in this high flying place is how you choose and set your point of attraction so that more events and circumstances and people,
Experiences that look and feel like this will flow into your life.
Remember this word or phrase.
Write it down at the end of our meditation and keep it with you throughout the day.
You are a powerful creator.
You are manifesting the life of your dreams.
Let's close today's meditation by taking three long,
Slow,
Deep,
Magical breaths together.
Let every breath fill every part of your body,
Your heart,
Your belly,
Your arms and legs and hands and feet,
Flowing magic and life to every cell of your body.
A long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and release.
The second long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and release.
The third magical long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and release.
Bring your attention gently back to me.
Remember your word.
Remember this feeling.
Stay in this feeling and return to it as often as possible.
Namaste.
