Lektion 1
Learning How To Breathe
This particular lesson will help you understand why even if you "want" not to feel it, anxiety is a way your body asks for help. It is not that you are weak in managing your emotions. These are actual chemical changes in your body. This first day seems very simple, but please, do not ignore it, as this will be the basis for the work that we will do in the following days. Let's get started.
Lektion 2
Learn To Live In The Present
Our body does know how to live in the present. However, our mind likes to go to the past or the future. Being mentally aware of living in the present is a requirement for relieving anxiety. Gestalt Therapy affirms that worrying about the future is a way to disconnect and therefore, generate anxiety for our body. What do you think? Maybe it is true, and I have seen it in many cases of anxiety, the best medicine is for you to observe yourself. When you catch yourself living in the future, bring your mind to the present just with your breathing. Also consider this: While living in anxiety you can only generate catastrophic thoughts because they coincide with quick breathing in your body. And even more, let's talk about what I call segments. Let us learn what they are and how to take advantage of them in our daily lives to detect and prevent anxiety.
Lektion 3
Relationship Between Anxiety & Insomnia
Is it possible that our anxiety decreases our sleep quality? Yes, either because you have trouble sleeping at first or because the changes in your breathing wake you up and you can no longer fall asleep. In any case, the important thing is that you cooperate with your body in establishing mental hygiene when sleeping. This is an extensive topic in which psychologists and doctors recommend that you have a routine that opens a space for your mind and your body and informs you that you are ready to sleep. Here are some reflections and special recommendations that will help you.
Lektion 4
Consequences Of Negative Thoughts
Many times without realizing it, we focus on or get stuck in, negative thoughts and think of the worst things that could happen. Based on experience with my clients, almost 95% of worries that keep them awake do not happen in real life. The important thing from now on is to analyze our unpleasant thoughts and weigh whether they are real and try to change them into positive or pleasant thoughts. This does not imply that we deny our painful emotions. Today I will present examples of how you could modify these persistent and unpleasant thoughts.
Lektion 5
Will Exercise Be Your Alternative To Meds?
Our body was naturally born to move. If you can move your whole body or some parts of it, what a fortunate person you are! When it comes to exercising, consistency is more important than intensity. It is necessary to analyze the size of your goals, so that they are achievable goals and do not lose that consistency. Physical activity benefits us not only physically but also psychologically and emotionally. However, what to do when we really do not feel like it?Motivate yourself with today's session!

Lektion 8
The Amygdala: A Key Element In Improving Anxiety
Today we focus on the amygdala and its role in controlling or losing control of anxiety. Among other things, it is important that you know that this very small part of our brain creates associations of pairs and it is not logical - at least not to the intellectual part of us. It learns from our experiences. For instance, if you were taught to be afraid of spiders, so it will be. It responds quickly to stimuli with fear in a rough way, and once the frontal cortex analyzes the situation, it also responds with more detailed information. Interesting? You will learn this and more today. Today's lesson will help you understand why I have asked you for the exercises and tasks from the previous sessions. Above all, it will help you know that anxiety is a normal reaction.
Lektion 9
Prevent Common Anxiety Mistakes
Today we will talk about the most important strategy to prevent problems caused by anxiety. When we live in a state of continuous stress or anxiety, it is common for us to make small mistakes throughout the day that can sometimes cost us more time to solve or even financial losses.
