This meditation will help you to know better your body and therefore stay healthy.

Choose that part of your body that you want to talk to today.

You may hear the conversation with your imagination.

It is possible also that it is you who creates this conversation.

There is no difference,

Don't worry.

Everything is part of your creativity.

When we create a connection,

When our inner healing powers,

The very important thing is that we keep an honest and pure conversation,

Free of judgement,

Far away from our inner critique.

So,

Just relax and enjoy this adventure.

You can do it with your eyes closed or just direct your eyes to the floor,

Creating a private moment.

Ok,

Now let's start.

You can lay down or sit in a chair.

The important thing is that you are comfortable.

Make sure that your spine is comfortable.

Make sure if you are sitting that your back is straight and your head sits comfortably on your neck.

Make sure you are breathing through your nose and slowly the air gets to your stomach.

Take a deep breath.

You don't need to do an effort.

Just let your body naturally relax.

Breathe in,

Pause for a moment.

Breathe out and pause for a moment.

Breathe in,

Pause for a moment.

Breathe out,

Pause for a moment.

Now,

I am going to start an interview with that part of the body that you have chosen.

Imagine in front of you a screen and imagine that as part of that movie there are two chairs,

An interview place.

You can put colors,

You can design the place,

You can manage the temperature,

You can do all what you want to do for that part of your body to be comfortable.

And you are just the witness for now.

Remember that the key to all of this is that you have to be patient and listen.

So let's start.

Send that part of your body to the interview chair and allow me to start.

Hey,

How are you?

I am going to ask you some questions and there is not correct or incorrect answers.

We have just curiosity to know you better.

You can just start by telling me what happened to you in the last week,

The last month or maybe the last year.

Maybe you can tell us what you like the brain of this person to know about you.

Brain is very intelligent,

You know.

Can clearly understand.

Anything you have to say,

You have to say.

Anything you have to say.

What you would like for the heart to know about you?

What are your emotions?

What are your emotional needs?

Heart is very compassionate.

So you can feel free to say anything.

Please tell us what you need help with.

Maybe you can also tell us what has been done correctly.

What has been done that is very good to you and keeps you healthy by this person.

And now I am going to invite this person to come and take my position to interview you,

To come and have a conversation with you.

If this is okay for you.

So in your imagination,

Imagine that you enter the screen and just sit in this very comfortable place and have a long conversation with this part of your body.

It's important that you focus on listening.

I am going to be silent so you can ask all these questions and get the answers you want.

Thank you.

Maybe it's time for us to say goodbye to this part of your body.

Maybe you want to keep the conversation just so you can pause this audio and continue the conversation and resume the audio when you are ready.

If you are ready to say goodbye,

Take some moments.

Make sure you let know to this part of the body that you will be back.

You can be back as many times as it is necessary.

You are here and you are willing to listen.

For now,

It is important to breathe and be grateful for the attention and the trust.

Take a deep breath.

And feel the soft and sweet air of this place that you have created.

And then slowly start feeling the soft and sweet air of the place that you are.

That room,

That place that you are sitting or laying down.

Move your fingers,

Your hands,

And slowly at your own pace,

Slowly open your eyes.

You can even start observing the place you are in.

If the conversation was silent or you got very few answers,

You will see that the more you practice,

The trust will be part of that conversation.

The trust and the relationship will grow.

Like every relationship,

The more we relate,

The more we have to share.

Remember that this is a relationship that will grow step by step.

So for now,

Get back to your day or to the night and enjoy it,

Knowing that you are practicing self-care.

Bye for now.

Amazing. So soothing. Dealing with a few health conditions and this has helped me remember that I can trust my body and vice versa. Cried within the first few minutes because of the disconnection I felt from my body and areas of pain. Will practice this meditation regularly.

I really loved this meditation more than I can say. It introduced me to a specific area of pain in my body in a very intimate but non threatening way which I have not managed before. I felt sadness for the way I mistreat the pain and real sadness too for the way I misunderstand it and try to force a feeling of wellness - there is so much more work for me to do with this so I shall return to this on so many more occasions - thank you for this amazing introduction to investigating a difficult area in my body which I have been trying so hard to ignore ๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’–
