Lektion 1
The Foundations
In this first lesson, we will lay the foundations for the coming 30 days. This will include a comprehensive overview of what to expect during the course and an introduction to affirmations, how they work and how to use them.

Transforming Unhelpful Beliefs: Step 1
Today you’ll be introduced to the first step of the Worthy Of More Process designed to support you to work through unhelpful beliefs and respond to any resistance to the affirmations. If you are working with an affirmation during the course, that you’re resisting and struggling to accept, you can return to this lesson at any time and work through the Worthy Of More Process.
Lektion 3
Transforming Unhelpful Beliefs: Step 2
Today you’ll be introduced to the second step of the Worthy Of More Process for working through unhelpful beliefs and what to do if you feel resistance to any of the affirmations. Step 2 invites us to ask ourselves a challenging question. In doing so, we are reminded that our beliefs can be both untrue or unhelpful and that by simply shifting our internal dialogue, we can develop an entirely new view of ourselves and the world around us.
Lektion 4
Transforming Unhelpful Beliefs: Step 3 & 4
Today you’ll be introduced to the third and fourth step of the Worthy Of More Process for working through unhelpful beliefs and what to do if you feel resistance to any of the affirmations. In this lesson we are asked to offer a logical statement: a neutral or positive sentiment. This exercise is designed to provide us with constructive alternatives to our existing negative beliefs.

Transforming Unhelpful Beliefs: Step 5
Today you’ll be introduced to the final step of the Worthy Of More Process. This is an optional step that incorporates the use of affirmations. By creating an affirmation around a topic or issue that you wish to shift your beliefs on, you will begin to notice a greater sense of positivity, curiosity and contentment towards many aspects of your life.

Introduction To EFT For Clearing Old Beliefs
This lesson will give you a brief overview of EFT or tapping, and how to use it to let go of your unhelpful limiting beliefs. Tapping is reknowned for helping to dissolve old and unwanted frames of mind and to reduce stress and emotional severity.
Lektion 7
Receiving
Today is the first of twenty-two daily affirmation practices. You will be introduced to the concept of receiving positive things and feelings into your life during the experiential meditation, before listening to the powerful "I am worthy of receiving" affirmation practice.
Lektion 8
Kindness
Today we will undertake another experiential meditation where you will explore feeling worthy of being treated with kindness and also treating others with more kindness. You will then listen to the "I am worthy of kindness" affirmation practice.
Lektion 9
A Break
During today's experiential meditation you will explore the idea of taking a break from your routine. Today's affirmation involves putting your own needs first and setting the intention to listen more closely to your body and mind. Today's practice is best done accompanied by a journal.
Lektion 10
Dreams
Today you will explore feeling worthy of having big dreams and goals by tuning into what you’d like to be, do and have during the inquisitive exercise. You will then listen to the "I am worthy of dreams" affirmation practice.
Lektion 11
Ease
Today you will explore feeling worthy of experiencing greater ease (and less stress) in your life by practicing ease during the experiential meditation, before listening to the "I am worthy of ease" affirmation practice.
Lektion 12
Optimal Health
In today's experiential meditation you will explore feeling worthy of optimal health and uncover how you can take more healthful actions. You will then be invited to mindfully listen to the enlivening "I am worthy of optimal health" affirmation practice.
Lektion 13
Friendship
During today's inquisitive meditation you will explore the idea of being worthy of high-quality friendships as well as bringing your true values to your friendships. Today's "I am worthy of friendship" affirmation practice is particularly empowering.
Lektion 14
Happiness
Today you will explore the idea of being worthy of feeling happy and practice generating your own happiness in the experiential meditation. You will then listen to the "I am worthy of happiness" affirmation practice to begin to cultivate a greater sense of happiness and self-worth.
Lektion 15
Abundance
In today's experiential meditation you will look at feeling worthy of greater abundance and financial flow as well as learning to appreciate the natural abundance all around you. You will then be invited to become absorbed by the powerful words in the "I am worthy of abundance" affirmation practice.
Lektion 16
Sleep
Today you will explore feeling worthy of nurturing yourself by getting enough sleep and discovering how to create a supportive bedtime routine during the inquisitive practice. The "I am worthy of sleep" affirmation practice will remove the barriers preventing you from deep and restorative sleep.
Lektion 17
Freedom
Today, during an exploratory meditation, you will look at the feeling of freedom - whatever it means to you. The "I am worthy of freedom" affirmation practice is designed to awaken and empower the mind and soul.
Lektion 18
Peace
Today you will explore feeling worthy of greater peace in your life and experiment with bringing peace to high-stress situations during the experiential meditation. You will then listen to the "I am worthy of peace" affirmation practice to call harmony, peace and compassion into your life.
Lektion 19
Check- In Session
This lesson gives you the chance to pause the daily affirmation process, and reflect on what you’ve achieved so far, before moving on to the final ten affirmations. During this lesson, you will check in with the beliefs you’ve already challenged, and Naomi will introduce you to a meditation technique to assist you to align with your new, desired beliefs with ease.

Greatness
Today you will feel into the idea of being worthy of greatness and what that means to you during the inquisitive meditation. The "I am worthy of greatness" affirmation practice will build your esteem and confidence to a new level.
Lektion 21
Vitality
Today you will integrate new beliefs around experiencing and embodying vitality by connecting with your ideal self during the insightful meditation. You will then listen to the "I am worthy of vitality" affirmation practice.
Lektion 22
Success
Today you will explore the idea of feeling worthy of success, creating your own metrics for measuring your success during the insightful meditation. The "I am worthy of success" affirmation practice will leave you feeling inspired and alive.
Lektion 23
Self-Love
Today you will expand your beliefs around being worthy of loving yourself and understanding the true value of self-acceptance during the experiential meditation. You will then listen to the "I am worthy of self-love" affirmation practice.
Lektion 24
Fun
In today's lesson you will explore the idea of play, creativity and fun, and discover how to make space for more of these in your life during the insightful meditation. This practice is open to interpretation and designed to cater to your own unique nature.
Lektion 25
Joy
Joy is a mixture of appreciation, love, gratitude and satisfaction. Today you will explore the embodiment of joyous feelings and experience a whole new level of joy during the experiential meditation. Together, we will tap into a deep sense of gratitude, helping to cultivate an even stronger state of effortles joy.
Lektion 26
Nice Things
Today you will shift your beliefs around being deserving of having nice things and experiences in your life during the inquisitive meditation. The intention of today is to harness a newfound appreciation for what you have as well as giving yourself permission to recieve.
Lektion 27
Prosperity & Wealth
Today you will embed new beliefs around being worthy of greater wealth and appreciate all the riches that are already in your life during the experiential meditation. True wealth can be experienced both with or without money. Wealth ultimately means to be rich in all things that make life meaningful: love, joy, health, nourishment, freedom, gratitude, and connection.
Lektion 28
Love
Today you will open up to feeling worthy of more love in your life, and learn how to become your own source of love during the experiential meditation. In today's lesson we learn that to attract greater love in our external world, we first need to turn inwards and build our strength and love of Self.

More
Today you will seek out what you are desiring more of in your life and focus on expanding that. This is your chance to personalise your affirmation and work towards your own unique goals. You will then listen to the "I am worthy of more" affirmation practice to root these intentions into your subconscious.
Lektion 30
Pulling It All Together
In this final lesson, you will reflect on your 30 day journey, celebrate your success, and check-in with your beliefs around your worth by revisiting each affirmation one-by-one. Naomi will close out the course with a self-appreciation meditation to help you to deepen your self-love and gratitude for embarking on this journey to improve your life.
