Get in a comfortable position in your bed and gently relax your body, release tension, stress and pain, to soften into a deep and peaceful sleep. This track guides you into a deep state of peace and does not guide you back to an awakened state, leaving you to rest or fall asleep.

Transcript

Getting into a comfortable position in bed.

Taking a moment to make sure that you are at the right temperature and in the optimal position for getting to sleep.

Taking care in this exercise to stay in the same position.

Getting comfortable now so that you may fall asleep easily.

Taking a few deep breaths to center yourself.

Gently allowing any distractions,

Sounds or thoughts to simply be.

Surrendering control.

Focusing only on yourself.

If you become distracted just bringing your focus back to the visualization.

Back to yourself.

Adding your breath into any points of tension or tightness in your body.

Ensuring that you are not in a position that will inflame any existing stress.

Making it your intention to let go of all stress and to drift quickly to sleep.

Now visualizing a cloud of light above you.

You might see one dominant color or many colors glowing together.

This light cloud is filled with an unlimited supply of peaceful,

Relaxing,

Healing energy that will help release any tension that it comes into contact with.

As you breathe,

Noticing any stress or pain residing in your body.

Perhaps you notice a particular area that you are having trouble relaxing.

Or maybe you just have a general sense of stress or tension within your body.

Inviting that cloud above you to send a beam of light to every part of your body that is currently experiencing stress.

You might have one single beam to the specific area that you are holding tightness.

Or you might have multiple beams flowing to you.

Or even one giant beam of light that surrounds your entire body using this cloud energy in the way that best works for you.

Drawing that healing light down deep into your body.

Allowing it to do its work as you breathe softly.

Shifting your focus from the stress and tension to the act of surrender and receiving.

Imagine yourself opening up and allowing healing energy to flow to you.

Opening yourself up to positive change.

Bringing yourself to something new.

And if you find yourself distracted by thoughts,

Acknowledging that you've become distracted and bringing yourself back to the visualization,

Seeing that cloud of light above you.

An infinite source of healing and peace.

Watching as it beams down into your body and feeling its warmth as it helps you to rest,

And to prepare for sleep.

Breathing softly.

As this light flows into places that you carry stress and pain,

It floods your cells with restorative energy and a warm healing glow.

You might start to notice that some of your tight points are softening.

And if not,

Don't worry,

Just keep opening to receive,

Letting this rejuvenating light work its magic on you in its own time.

Feeling that your body is becoming heavy,

Feeling your legs,

Feet,

Arms and hands relaxing into your bed.

Feeling your torso gently falling deeper into a state of peace.

Feeling your neck and shoulders softening.

And your jaw,

Your face and your head unwinding and resting into a deep,

Deep state of tranquility.

Feeling out any tension in your body and letting it go.

Opening to receive healing energy from the light cloud above you and gently,

Slowly sinking heavier into your bed.

Feeling supported and held by your bed and your pillows.

Feeling that there is nothing you need to do now,

Nothing you have to think about.

You only need to rest,

Breathe,

Relax and sleep.

If you become entangled in thinking or if you start focusing on any discomfort in your body,

Again coming back to your visualization,

Coming back to being open to receive.

Feeling that warm healing energy flow to you,

Breathing out any tension.

Now there is another healing presence coming into your room.

This is a sacred sleep mist that has the intention purely of assisting your body to surrender and relax for sleep.

The mist appears in any color that makes you think of sleep.

Whatever color you see will be right for you.

The mist glows like tiny twinkling fireflies as it flows around you,

Sprinkling its sleep magic all over you.

With every soft breath you take,

Breathing in this mist,

Drawing it inside you,

Allowing it to help you relax into sleep.

Once again opening to receive,

Opening up to the magical mist helping you drift off as it swirls gently around you.

Feeling weightless now,

Your body is in a sleep state even if your mind is still awake.

Enjoying the sensations from all this healing energy surrounding you.

Feeling open,

Relaxed,

Centered and willing to sleep.

If you're still awake,

Continue breathing naturally,

Stay open to receiving and just watching this glowing mist as it flows around you until you peacefully drift off to sleep.

The mind is close,

Thanks 🙏🏽 for this one Naomi, because 8 hours later, here I AM waking up peacefully on my 59th coming to Earth🌍 Day!☺️🎂👍🏽 I actually slept for 8 hours!😂 Needless to say, I feel so rested and at peace, like all the worries in the world🌍 have been lifted from my shoulders!🙌🏽 Wow!😯 My fitness app says that I actually burned 1037 calories during this sleep😴💤 meditation🧘🏽‍♀️ ... hope that’s true, because I had a birthday donut🍩 before the meditation🧘🏽‍♀️!😂 Again I say ... thanks!😊 I AM that I AM ... and today “that” is at peace☮️.
