Do you have an unhelpful story that you find yourself saying or thinking on repeat? Would you like to say something different instead? This course will teach you how to do it over 4 comprehensive lessons with Naomi Goodlet. Naomi is a psychologist and meditation creator who loves empowering people to work through things that are holding them back. In the first lesson, you’ll identify your limiting story that is no longer working for you. We’ll also explore why and how stories like yours are created in the first place. In lesson 2, you’ll get to explore the origin of your story and understand how it has been trying to help you (even if it’s been a little was misguided). Then we’ll ask some challenging questions to begin to weaken the grip of your old story, opening the door to new possibilities. In lesson 3, you’ll explore how this story manifests in your life, looking at how it helps and hinders you. Then we’ll get to work letting go of that old story. In lesson 4, you’ll craft your new story and learn some practical methods to incorporate it into your everyday life to become truly aligned with your authentic self.
