Transcript

Closing your eyes and connecting with your breath relaxing your body as you breathe relaxing your face scanning your body and noticing how you feel as you breathe now turning your lips up slightly into a half smile and staying like this for a moment scanning your body for changes,

Noticing if you feel anything different to before did your heart open slightly?

Or did you feel a little bit more happy or free?

Or maybe you're feeling relaxed?

Just noticing how this half smile affects you relaxing your face for a moment and then bringing yourself into a full,

Genuine smile and holding it there again,

Noticing any changes you feel within your body and mind if you feel any positive sensations,

Paying direct attention to them noticing how wonderful it is to feel happy and positive now bringing yourself into an even bigger smile a loving,

Grateful,

Playful smile allowing all of those positive sensations within your body to grow bigger too you might even notice yourself laughing,

Crying or sighing as this joy travels through your body now imagining that your eyes have their own smile feel your eyes smiling and feel your whole face smiling now imagining that your heart is smiling and bringing a smile to your tummy and your arms and legs and now bringing a smile to any part of your body that could use some extra happiness today smiling throughout your entire body,

Enjoying this experience now reconnecting with your breath,

Opening your eyes coming back into your world taking your smile and all of those positive feelings with you

When I wake up, it’s dark out due to winter. So anxiety set in a tad bit. This was a wonderful meditation to remind me to smile and it’s the beginning of a new day. I sent smiles to the different parts of my body that needed it . This was exactly what I needed today. For we all need smiles every day. thank you for such a beautiful reminder
