Most of us are walking around with deeply held subconscious beliefs about ourselves that we never consciously chose. Beliefs like I am not enough, I will be abandoned, I do not matter, or I am unsafe. These beliefs formed early in life, often before the age of eight, and they have been quietly running our relationships, our emotional reactions, and our sense of self ever since. This course is a guided journey into understanding exactly what core wounds are, where they come from, and how to recognize them in your own life. Across five lessons you will learn how to use your emotions to trace a wound in real time, how specific wounds show up as specific patterns in your closest relationships, and how to walk through all 21 core wounds to identify which ones feel most like yours. Most importantly, you will leave with a real framework for reconditioning these wounds at the subconscious level, including why most positive thinking approaches fall short and what actually creates lasting change.
