When we dwell in worry, we are signaling to ourselves that we cannot trust ourselves. What if you can? In this lesson, we take a look at all the ways you have been able to trust yourself to do the best in any given situation.

Trust And Presence
When we replace worry with trust and presence we find that we are able to deal with any issues that arise in the moment in the most effective way. We are in a state of clarity and calm and therefore are in the most optimum position to handle anything that comes our way.
