In this course, you will have the opportunity to consider yourself as a Light Worker and begin to realise that the many facets of your uniqueness are your greatest gifts to do this journey with more clarity, heightened awareness and compassion. Let us begin to see ourselves as not broken but as the holders of awareness for this time of transformation. Included are points to reconsider more carefully, breath practices, guided meditations, and MindBodySoul reconnections. Joy aims to remind you who you are - A Being of Light - so that you can reveal the embedded codes of your magnificence and support the evolution of our humanity. You will be shown how to incorporate simple practices of mindfulness into your day-to-day living to awaken your subtle awareness and strengthen your confidence in trusting your intuition. May you carry these mindful adjustments and practices into your life and find more ease, flow and grace.

Be The Light

In this session, we talk about the importance of embracing diversity and creativity, as we recognise light workers' role in elevating humanity's vibrational field. As we cultivate a deeper understanding of ourselves as beings of light we begin to navigate through our life journey with more clarity, purpose, and resilience. Ultimately, we wish to embody our truth and shine brightly, contributing positively to the collective journey of human evolution.

Uphold The Truth

In this session, participants are encouraged to make a commitment to themselves, prioritizing self-compassion and authenticity as they navigate their spiritual journey as lightworkers. Key lessons include reconnecting with one's true nature, embracing individual uniqueness, and anchoring oneself in the centre amidst chaos. Participants will cultivate self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-love, learning to honour their essence as divine beings. Through practices like breathwork and introspection, we can develop resilience, clarity, and inner peace, contributing to the creation of a more harmonious collective energy field.

Navigating Two Worlds

This session encourages individuals to recognize their power to heal, transform, and bring light into the world, fostering a sense of accountability and purposeful living. Let us learn how to embrace the role of light workers, tapping into our potential to radiate immense light and uplift humanity. Key topics include recognizing the longing for peace and harmony amidst life's difficulties, navigating between two worlds, and consciously choosing to emit light energy. Participants will explore techniques for maintaining authenticity and connection to a higher purpose, even in turmoil.

Lektion 4

Purposeful Presence

This session offers tools for participants to reclaim their power, align with their true essence, and radiate unconditional love and light to all beings. We are ready to embrace our role as light workers, cultivating a deeper understanding of our purpose and presence in the world. By fostering a sense of deep presence and anchoring ourselves in this truth, we can learn how to navigate challenges with unwavering strength and clarity, ultimately contributing to the collective awakening and transformation of humanity.

Lektion 5

Sacred Contracts

For so many of us, we feel this pull towards our life purpose. Let us reconnect to this deep longing and inner knowing so that we can embrace our sacred life purpose. The greatest gift we can give our human life story is a sense of fulfilment and completion. We know we are here to do something of value but not always sure what that is. Let us learn to connect with our deep inner awareness and calling so that we can feel the connection to our Divine and Sacred Contract.
