Let Go & Unplug

The feeling of relief in seeing all the performing, doing, pursuing as done. We get to a point where we no longer wish to carry the burden and clutter. It is time to let go and unplug from the patterns of pain. Follow the code of your heart as you tune into the heart’s desire. It will point us to realization.

Into the beautiful space we go.

So happy,

So happy to be here in this beautiful body,

This time and this place and this space.

Think about how incredible it is that you are here.

And from all the little eggs that could have become you,

This is the one that grew you.

This is the connection that created you.

And this is the line that you chose to come into.

And we truly,

Truly celebrate who we are as a being right here,

Right now.

Against so many odds we are here and we are still here.

We've survived and we've found our way.

And here we stand.

And so we can get to a point now where we can say,

And here I stand now.

And imagine you are there.

And everything that you have been working towards this moment,

All of that has great significance.

Every single step and breath and connection has been informing you.

It brings our awareness of our form being to a place of knowing.

This information,

This knowing about what it is that I love and what it is that I don't love,

What it is that I desire and what I do not desire.

All of this is vital information.

Without this we would not know how to transform,

To go beyond,

To take the next step.

So where would we go now if we were to choose based upon who we are as divine and significant beings,

Unique in every absolute wonderful way?

Where would I go now with my energy?

How would I hold myself now?

How would I think about who I am?

We just ask that question to our being and there is no answer,

Not yet.

Because we are still in the place where we've just coming to stand still.

We've slowed down the journey and we're starting to see it more clearly.

And we've been looking over our shoulder and catching glimpses of our past,

Of the echoes in the ancestral line.

Imagine now that your journey becomes slower and slower.

No more just pushing forward,

No more trying.

Feel like you're at the point where you can just put down all the struggles,

All the burdens and everything that you've been holding and carrying.

It's a weariness in a way.

But it's also a willingness.

The weariness is telling us it's time,

It's time.

And the willingness in us allows us now to just stop.

And imagine that you could look back and see every little step that you've ever taken in existence,

In all the journeys that you've ever taken through all time.

It would be so significant it would absolutely astound you.

You have left a soul imprint as your feet have touched the earth in so many places.

Everything that you are feeling and everything that you know about yourself is because of every step of the past.

As you stop right now,

Honor you for your character,

Your strength,

Your courage,

Your determination,

Your stubbornness,

Fabulous stubbornness,

Your persistence.

You hold this as an inner code because you cannot be a traveler through all time without being persistent.

And so here you are standing and acknowledging all of who you are.

Amazing being,

Courageous beyond words.

And every experience that has ever happened,

It echoes within this being.

Sometimes we feel the despair and the loss,

The heartache,

The yearning,

The insecurities.

Sometimes we feel the fear,

The horror,

The trepidation.

And sometimes we feel the abandonment,

The neglect,

The betrayals,

The abuse.

And all of these are significant.

Nothing in us is broken.

Every single feeling that we ever have is because we have known it.

In one way or another we have known and experienced it.

And a part of us that is feeling what it is that we would love,

Not this,

But something else,

Is a code.

Because of that experience we embedded a memory,

A code in the heart,

A desire for the soul.

A seeker within says,

Find this Rabah.

Search for this Rabah.

And so if we think of a journey we are seekers.

We journey to seek,

We journey to find.

And we are always looking through the code that is embedded deeply in the heart.

Those codes,

Deeply embedded.

Seek peace,

Seek love,

Seek harmony.

How do we even know how to look for this?

How do we even know what it is to look for?

We can barely fathom it.

And yet there it is.

Because we have the very touch of the highest vibration vibrating in our being.

And the touch of the highest vibration is love,

Compassion,

Kindness,

Peace,

Harmony,

Gentleness,

Sincerity,

Authenticity,

Grace.

These codes are so deeply embedded in us.

And every step of our journey they are always nudging us to seek,

To find.

You are at the stopping point.

Imagine that the burdens that you have been carrying,

You put them all down around you now.

And feel how light your body feels.

You take them off your back,

Your neck,

Your shoulders.

You drop all the painful imprints and burdens from your organs,

Tissue,

Marrow,

Bone.

And you place it down.

And all the feelings,

All the insecurities,

You gently take them from your mind,

Your thoughts.

You put them down.

And you loosen up all the spaces in your body.

Little pockets of clutter.

Little memories all over the body.

Imagine this like you are unplugging little pockets of debris,

Pulling a thorn out the sole of your foot.

We gently pull them all out.

And now visualize yourself in the space where you are.

Imagine that you could see yourself as energy.

And you can start to see right through your beautiful being.

The density of your human form has been the density of the in-forming.

And once we let go of all of these little qualities,

Thoughts,

Patterns,

Associations,

Then we are just a whole bunch of beautiful atoms and energy.

Begin to see yourself as that.

Beautiful pockets of energy dazzling and sparkling in the sun.

We open our heart and we feel our being here.

Here I am,

Standing in the clarity of who I am.

There is nothing right now that I would wish to bend down and pick up and put into my pocket or embed into my neck or my throat.

But everything that has been experienced,

It's such a relief to see it here around me and see it as done,

Complete,

Se fini,

It's done.

And if you can see all of this debris,

This dense clutter around you in a way now that allows you to honor all the pain that is there accumulated around you.

And you begin to honor it.

You begin to see it for what it is.

Guiding posts pointing me towards something.

See it as contrast.

Because of this I know what it is that I wish to stand in now.

Because of this I am this that I stand in now,

Light.

This coding in the heart has been guiding us and pointing us to this point,

To get the point.

There is no point to us continuing to drag ourselves along in the energy of suffering.

We have experienced this again and again and again.

It is now so monotonous and so boring,

So utterly tedious that when it begins as its play,

We can see it and hear it and we know exactly where it's going to go.

So,

So,

So done with it.

And all the while I can honor it at the same time because it points to me,

To this point where I am and it says now choose,

Now.

And make sure that you are absolutely clear,

Mind,

Body and soul.

That you are in your own affirming light.

There's not one little plug in,

Not one little bit of thorn or stumbling little piece of stone.

Nothing,

Nothing,

Nothing attaching.

No attachments at all.

That I am a unique divine being,

Even my children,

My family,

Even they are not attached to me.

They are through me coming into their experience to be their light,

To hold their space.

That I can love them and hold them and that I can guide them and provide for them that they are not attached to me.

They are not mine.

They are gifts of light to all life,

As am I.

When you see yourself holding the space and you feel the connection and the reverberation in the heart,

Allow the heart to feel now as if it's come home.

You've stopped and come home to you.

I'm finding myself at my very center and I'm back home in me.

And all I have to do now is just breathe into this beautiful being and honor the form that is the gift through which I can see.

I honor this beautiful form.

It is my gift.

It is through this form that I will deliver the greatest gift of all life.

To transform the energy means that we are shifting and the transition that we are in right now is immense.

Standing in my own beautiful space,

Growing around me a beautiful bubble,

A chrysalis of light and love,

Allowing all the atoms of my being that know themselves as absolute truth,

Light and love,

Beginning to create more light around me,

Creating a vibrational field around you now.

And see yourself opening this into a beautiful electromagnetic field.

Here I am honoring me at the center of this beautiful bubble of energy and light.

And all that I'm creating around me is from this absolute center of truth.

Imagine right now that you are standing in a column of light that says welcome home and you are right in the center of your divine and sacred agreement.

It holds you so perfectly,

This light.

Pours down into the soles of your feet and grounds you to the earth and holds you in the space.

Let you feel safe,

Loved,

Held,

Comfortable.

And aware of this amazing light that is pouring into the top of your crown,

An anchoring light.

I'm right in the center of my divine and luminous self.

And when I remember that the greatest gift that I could be for this life is simply to be.

To hold the space that I alone can hold with my personality,

My temperament.

The way I look and speak and the vibration of my being,

I am perfect.

Standing in this beautiful column of light,

I see myself anchoring into the ground and opening the luminous field above me.

And I see myself as a tall,

Beautiful column of light.

I am right in the center of this portal and it is activating into the very center of my being,

My divine life purpose,

My soul contract.

To be here and to hold the space that no one else will ever be able to hold.

Just hold it.

And grow the field around you.

From this point,

Your light begins to become more and more luminous,

Like a lighthouse in a dark night.

We know how to stand in this place.

Strong,

Courageous,

Determined,

Stubborn.

Hold your space.

Fortitude.

Formidable.

Formidable.

Formable.

In this form,

I am completely able to hold this light column.

There is no wobbling,

There is no insecurities.

Like a beacon of light,

An antenna,

I draw into me and through me the vibrations of the high energy fields.

And I bring it into this reality so that it may be.

Think of how wonderful it is to have an antenna so when a signal comes as sound to our radios,

To our players,

Then we can hear it clearly.

No distortion,

No crackle or pop.

Imagine if we could hold the space and be the antenna of light and love.

No distortions.

And we simply hold this so that it can be held.

And we begin to establish it.

Begin to establish this as your energy field,

As the greatest gift that you could give to this life.

The more signals,

The more antennas of light that open up,

The more light we will receive.

The more balanced aligned these are,

The more balanced the energy will be.

Contrast this with the debris in the clutter that is lying around you.

Static,

Chaotic energy.

Ask yourself what would I choose if I knew that the choice I make in this moment to either hold my space so purely and clearly or to wobble a little and play in the clutter and the chaos around me.

What would serve all life to come?

The chaotic signal or the clean,

Pure signal?

And holding the clean,

Pure signal does not mean that we change our personality.

Doesn't mean that we become these little singular minded,

Puritan kind of images.

We are to be the delightful being that we are with our personality,

With our unique expression of being.

No in a shaming and no receiving of shame.

That where we are,

How we are,

Who we are is the perfect,

Perfect beacon of light.

And we are in our truth and in all our happiness and all our wonderfulness and all our ridiculousness.

And all of that is perfect because we are in truth.

Feel like you can give this to you as a gift.

Let that comfort your entire body.

Let it bring a peace into your mind,

Body and soul.

There is no pursuing,

No doing,

No searching.

No hardship must be better.

Do this right.

I am already that.

Allow yourself to hear and acknowledge that.

I am already that.

Opening up your heart and vision,

Your clairvoyance,

Clairaudience,

Clairsentience,

Claircognizance and the ability to connect into our higher frequencies.

As we open up our awareness here,

We become acutely aware of all life and the gifts and the inspiration to do this life with more ease,

Flow,

Laughter and love.

This begins to flow to me.

I open up the space of my pineal chakra and I begin to see again who am I?

A divine being of light and love.

The one who can hold the space and the one who is willing to hold the space.

With all my heart and all my soul,

If there was one legacy,

One gift that I could give,

This be it.

And there is no performing in it because there is no pushing and learning and trying to understand anymore.

We simply claim the space.

We have learned everything we need to learn.

Now it is time to stand in the truth of what it is that we have known,

What have we been gathering through all time to know.

In the greatest honoring of the journey's past,

We see everything that we have come to know.

We honor all the endeavoring,

The suffering and the hardship in our line so that I will know now.

For me to continue to play and repeat those patterns says that the lives before me were wasteful,

Not necessary because I am going to teach myself again in this life of what it is that the heart desires.

But the code has already been placed into the heart by our ancient ones who did suffer enormously to place it there.

They sent the code into our being,

Genetic and energetically imprinted into us.

In honor of their lives and their suffering,

I choose to not suffer anymore.

I choose to use what it is that they have understood and felt and suffered to bring in.

I choose to use it in the most amazing way.

Feel this as the greatest gift of honoring your line.

And once we do that,

We instantly let go of the shaming and the blaming,

The judgment.

We let it all go,

All the guilt.

There is nothing that I would curse anyone in my family for being part of because that what they did and that that they showed me helps me to know what it is that I stand for now.

Become very,

Very clear about that.

No need to keep repeating cycles.

It's a waste of time and we have no more time.

We are at a pivotal point of our human existence.

It's time to get the point.

Get the point.

We bring that energy into our throat and our shoulders and the lower back and the upper back,

Into the neck and into the jaw.

Just relax deeply into that.

Feel like you can honor you in the gentlest,

Quietest,

Sweetest way.

Let this body feel very relaxed now.

And the stream of breath and life that is flowing into you,

This beautiful life and the light of my being in one single stream of awareness.

I remember who I am,

A divine being of light and love.

And I am in the very center of my stream.

I'm holding the space with all my heart and all my soul.

And may the gift of my breath,

My life and the expression of me and being may truly be the greatest gift that I can leave.

I am clear,

Open and beautiful.

I am strong,

Passionate and clear.

I am the perfect one at the perfect time,

In the perfect body,

In the perfect situation to bring in a great change.

I hold in my heart the key to transformation and it is love and I am the key.

I am the key.

Bring this beautiful energy into the energy of your body now.

And see yourself where you came to that stopping point.

And see the gathering of your light particles to the forming of this beautiful being that is in a new space.

A whole new formation of your energy without any of the debris or the clutter that we pulled out right in the beginning.

So where will I go now?

How will I be now?

Don't even try to imagine it because until we are ready to imagine it,

We will only be creating in the same idea and vibration from where we have come.

I am free to dream and the heart's desire will illuminate the path ahead of me and every step I take from this moment forward,

I am following my heart's desire.

I trust me.

I trust the energy field that is pouring into me and I am creating the most magnificent electromagnetic field around me that radiates from the center.

It illuminates the path.

Any path that I choose to take is the perfect path because I am in the perfect inner space,

In that space.

Let this be a blessing upon you into your life,

Your family,

Let it ripple into your community and may it bring you a deep sense of peace,

Comfort and alignment.

For all those who know how to hold this frequency,

We are a better species for it.

We cannot hear the signal until we can hear it clearly.

This is the gift of transformation that we bring in through our being in alignment,

In the highest connection,

In agreement and in peace and love.

So much love to you now.

See yourself in this beautiful space,

Allow yourself to gently come back to this time,

This space.

The eyes are closed but we can sense so much of this life,

The temperature,

The sounds,

The feelings.

And to those who are part of your life,

Send beams of unconditional love.

May they all find their way.

May they all find their center.

May there be peace upon the heart,

Souls,

The minds of all beings.

And when you are ready to come back,
