Notice & Be Neutral (Feminine Awakening)

We can learn to hold a different frequency around us as we are seeing the signals of pain that are revealing Truth to us. The pain signals can devastate us until we see that the messenger of these experiences is pushing us to choose from contrast. Choosing from contrast is our greatest amplification of Energy. It urges us to choose. Now make the choice so that the messenger of that signal may be released from that role. What is my Truth?

Lovely,

Lovely.

All right,

So we're gonna go into a nice,

Deep,

Beautiful space now,

And allow ourselves to settle into the idea that we truly are goddesses of love and light.

And we think how powerful the woman is,

And how the woman holds,

And holds life right within herself.

And as we know how to hold life within our being,

We also know how to hold life.

And think about how amazing that connection is,

That whether we have had children or not,

We still hold the capacity in our being to hold life.

And think of what you know of this,

And that life can form because you are willing to hold it.

It's a space within that we adjust to,

To allow for that.

And the message is that we also adjust this mind-body being to hold that space while we are doing this life journey.

We hold the possibility of life forming again,

A new formation of life,

A new possibility.

So while we are resting in this beautiful body,

And while we are feeling what it is that is coming up for us,

And feeling all the drama and the karma and the heartache,

The despair,

The disillusionment,

The energy of being dismissed,

The discouraged energy.

And as while we are feeling all of this,

We are also tapping into this as an energy consciousness,

Very aware that this is what is playing out in the field,

In this cloud of horror,

Sadness,

Terror,

Suppression,

Anger,

Hate,

Loathing.

All of this is inside of that effequency.

We imagine this as a cloud,

And we see ourselves very much under that cloud and influenced by that cloud.

And it's barely able to see beyond it.

It masks all our perceptions and beliefs.

It diminishes our ability to see who we are,

To remember who we are because the soul is crushed moment by moment,

Day by day,

Blow by blow.

And we forget that we are magnificent beings of love and light and that we are the holders and the creators of life.

We forget that we are goddesses and that we are here at a pivotal time of this life journey to bring a massive consciousness shift.

So we ask now that while I'm resting in this body,

That I can first come back into my own body field and begin to honor and see who I am,

Begin to connect with my deepest truth.

So where your body is resting now,

Just feel the breath coming in and through.

Feel as if you are nurturing this body with every breath.

See this is streams of loving energy moving in you and through you and around you.

This beautiful energy of your being is complete.

There is not one part of you that is missing right now.

Everything that you are as your form is here and your form is holding your awareness of you and helping you to see yourself as a complete human being.

Hold that awareness that I am a complete human being.

And all the senses and perceptions and all the gifts of my body,

My mind,

My imagination,

They are all held in this space.

I can recognize it,

I can see it,

I can feel it.

And through my body I see and remember who I am.

I see it in the reflection of those around me,

Those with whom I connect.

Just seeing your physical presence.

Feel that you are a complete beautiful package.

And send love to this body,

This mind,

To all your talents,

To all your skills,

To all your thoughts,

To all your experiences.

Send love.

And through your body,

Through your mind,

Allow yourself to think how rich and deep your experiences are.

And see all experiences from this perspective.

I release the idea that there is good and bad and placing this on this side and that on that side,

I release that idea.

And I see myself with my form and my being standing right in the center and a circle of awareness and experiences around me.

And I can turn and look at every single one.

And I can honor me for being the one who is willing to have that experience,

To feel that way.

So imagine you're doing that now.

And turn towards an experience that you know filled you with such deep love and gratitude.

And look at that experience.

Look at you there.

And look deep into you,

Look into your heart.

And look into your soul.

That in that moment,

When you are experiencing this beautiful feeling,

Remembering with the gift of memory,

Connecting us as we are through imagination and the memory to the actual moment,

That you are in essence recreating the cord of connection to that experience in that moment,

Like a beam of light.

You are activating it now with a sense of wellness around you,

A sense of gratitude,

A sense of compassion and love.

And see where you are standing in this beautiful circle,

Harnessing that as a frequency and energy and beaming it through you.

Into the earth and upward in to all that is.

Imagine you can send that feeling energy that your body has known and experienced into the earth and upward in to all that is.

Standing like a conduit,

A light beam,

A holder of awareness,

And understand that you are the holder of that awareness because some part of you was interpreting it in a way that felt deeply pleasing and truthful to you.

There is a part of us,

Each of us,

That seeks that wholeness,

That fullness,

That love.

And that is the moment when you are able to feel that wholeness,

That love.

And when we experience it in an experience and feel it through our perceptions,

We amplify that frequency.

It opens up through the body and we can radiate it,

Become very clear about that part of our potential.

It wasn't just an experience.

There was something more that was going on,

A deep,

Profound memory of who I am,

That I am a goddess,

That I am an energy healer,

Love and light holder,

Divine light connector.

That this was making me hold that energy and bring it in to this consciousness,

This realm.

And then see this beautiful thread of awareness that you have created.

See it as weaving into the fabric of all that is,

A beautiful glittering thread that says life is beautiful and abundant and full.

And know that you can weave that thread because you felt that fullness,

That abundance and that happiness.

Our tangible form creates an intangible concept that becomes a grid upon which we shall shift consciousness.

Now equally allow yourself to be in your center and turn to a recent scenario and feel what it is that you felt in that space.

And stay standing in the center and just see it for what it is that you felt.

And stay standing in the center and just see it for what it is as a signal.

Release any idea of shame and blame,

Judgment,

Good or bad.

Just see it as an experience.

Equally here in the distortion of this energy,

There is great value.

What do I know because this contrast is truly pointing itself towards me.

And we understand that as a human being we have set up this as our learning structure.

That we learn best when we have impact.

We react when there is impact.

We have created this as our means of learning.

So if we have created this,

That means we are also creating the sadness and the disharmony and the awfulness in our energy center that comes with it.

Imagine you standing in the circle and you are completely in the center and you are completely neutral.

Don't attach to the misery signals,

Just see them.

Don't attach to the despair,

Just see it.

Notice the energy of disappointment.

Notice the energy of exhaustion,

Depletion.

And imagine now that because you can notice it and not be in it,

That your body energy field is still the same beautiful energy field that was holding itself when you were in that vibrant frequency a moment ago.

You are still the same body being with the same gifts and the same ability to amplify energy.

Hold that frequency now.

As you are seeing the signals,

Become aware that it is not just the energy that is coming from the energy field.

Become aware that it is contrast that you are seeing here.

Contrast truly reveals towards us what it is that we would prefer and choose if we could.

And immediately stand inside of your neutral being and ask what would I prefer.

That is the exact opposite.

Feel the blow coming towards you of words and attitude.

And feel what it is that your being is saying,

No,

I'd rather have this.

And the moment you get what it is that,

No,

I would rather have this,

Feel yourself becoming very,

Very powerful standing in your truth,

No,

I would rather have this.

That you are affirming your space and place and your wisdom to choose.

And you are also affirming the experience that is unfolding in front of you so that you could choose more firmly.

Choosing from contrast is our greatest amplification of energy.

It goes beyond the moments of when we were just in delight because we were just experiencing the delight and the happiness.

We forgot to also choose there because it just felt right.

But contrast urges us to choose.

So see all the contrast that has been moving around your field of awareness as an urging to choose.

Standing in the neutral space,

See yourself choosing,

No,

I would prefer,

And find what it is.

And create this energy as a core light that establishes you as the holder of this frequency.

Because you are absolutely choosing to wear it in your being.

You have selected it,

And it is your truth.

And bring it right into the center.

Feel how strong you are here without having to protect or defend or deflect or deny or distract.

It's a simple no,

I prefer,

And you are choosing it for you.

Because you at the center is the place of holding of the pivotal energy,

You at the center.

Choose this for you.

Allow yourself to release all the energies of conditions.

If this,

Then that,

Release all of this.

If you behave like this,

Then I will release that.

Just look at the clean line,

What do I choose?

Who am I?

What is the strength that I have?

What is the gift I have to choose this?

We remember that all the codes of our desire,

They are all embedded in the heart.

We are simply awakening them now with what it is that is making us see it.

I am willing to see.

I am willing to understand.

And I am willing to hold myself as this goddess of healing,

Loving light.

I am willing to stand right in the center and claim the space.

I am claiming it now,

Powerful frequency.

And in the choosing of this and in the claiming of this,

I also claim all the space around me.

See this as a rippling energy opening from you.

Claim all the space around you.

Visualize you standing in the center of your home.

See you standing in the center of your workspace.

See you standing in the center of your family,

Your community,

Your country.

Claiming,

Claiming,

And claiming.

In every single situation,

I am the same being.

I have one beautiful mantra.

I have one claim.

What is that?

I have one gift that is awakening through me as the deepest memory.

Why am I here?

What is the point of all of this?

And how can I stand so absolutely in my truth even though,

Even though,

Even though?

And how can I claim it?

Feel the power of you.

And once we claim this energy,

Our frequency is very clear.

There is no distortion in it.

There is no neediness,

No dependence,

And no reliance energy.

We do not threaten those around us to perform in any way so that we can feel better.

We are independent of all performance.

We are independent of all behavior.

When I claim this space that I am holding now with all my heart and all my soul,

I am claiming it so that through me I can bring this energy into consciousness.

If enough of us do this,

We will switch this reality.

We cannot change the reality that we are in because our mindset is set within.

To set our mind and our vision beyond this performing space is the only way out.

And it is the only way to move beyond.

We do not play or entertain or activate into the misery chords.

We simply honor them so that we can see them,

So that we can feel them,

So that we can heal them and amplify the energy into the higher good.

Allow yourself now to feel the release of the burden of having to fix everything,

To make it better for everyone.

Feel how free this can be.

I don't have to make it better.

I don't have to fix.

I don't have to adjust me in any way so that everyone can feel better about themselves.

I am completely independent of this reliant energy and I free those around me to be independent of it as well.

No expectations,

No performance.

Just truth.

Just truth.

Beautiful.

Beautiful.

Here I am standing in that circle and just breathing.

I remember who I am,

A divine being of light and love,

A divine light connector.

In the deepest gratitude for this body and this form,

For this life and the experiences that it is offering me,

I am understanding who I truly am.

And right now with every fiber of my being,

I am standing in that deepest knowing of who I am.

Strong,

Clear,

Connected,

Aligned,

Loving,

Gracious,

A holder of light,

A holder of love,

A holder of life.

This body has known how to adjust for life,

For new life.

And there was nothing that I had to do to make that happen.

My body knew how to do it anyway.

I only had to decide,

Would I have this life grow within me?

That was the only choice.

And everything else took care of itself.

The universe conspired to allow you to bring in life,

New life.

We remember that through the human field.

And now we ask that we remember that through our energy field.

All I have to do is to choose,

And it will unfold.

Will I hold this life and the value of this life as deeply valuable?

And will I allow it to unfold as it will?

As it will.

Feel that as a surrender energy there.

Just letting go,

Letting go.

Let go,

Let God.

Deep peace within.

Beautiful energy.

I am the holder of light.

I am the holder of life.

For all those that I love and those who are still to come into my line,

May the blessing of the energy that I am holding now become a ripple of consciousness that awakens the souls of those with whom I am connected.

Allow yourself to see you as a blessing.

A beautiful blessing.

That your life is of great value and great worth.

And it doesn't matter what we achieve and accomplish,

Whether we do or not,

Upon this existence.

It is so insignificant that once we take our last breath and we are out of our form,

Everything that we thought was our empire no longer exists anyway.

Because the thread of consciousness that was holding it all together is in a higher realm.

We ask now that we can remember that and that we can shift our perspective into that higher realm and we are weaving our magic there.

We are connecting our consciousness and the energy of our presence here into that dimension.

Now begin to see the many who are able to do this and understand.

And see us as millions and millions of light beams.

And that we are claiming,

Holding,

Declaring our space.

And because we do and we know why we are doing this,

We can watch the light from each and every soul illuminate the space up above.

And imagine these begin to connect because love connects.

And rapidly,

Rapidly these synaptic energy cords connect and a grid is being formed.

A beautiful structure just above this dimension.

And that we are linking this frequency to that.

We are truly working as interdimensional beings.

And when we do this,

We are creating the possibility for this existence,

This humankind to step beyond this energy of just surviving,

Suffering.

To thriving,

To connecting.

We make this appeal through the woman because the woman brings in life.

And the woman struggles to bring in life.

And because of that struggle we understand the value of life and the love that we have.

It is the struggle that made it so very,

Very real for us.

And because we know and are willing to be in this struggle,

To choose what it is that is of great worth and the worthiness of this life,

We know how to transcend beyond this dimension and begin again.

What is my greatest heart's desire?

In all the chaos and all the pain and all the struggle,

What is my heart calling forth?

I seek love,

Light,

Compassion,

Kindness.

We are bringing that frequency in.

It is the woman who are weaving this fabric.

Beautiful energy.

May you feel this love now around you,

In you and through you.

May it hold you and encompass you and bring you a great release and relief into mind,

Body and soul.

May this higher awareness connect you into a deep assuredness that life is unfolding perfectly and that you are able to manifest,

Create and call in because you are working in a higher dimension.

It is already there.

I am free and clear.

I am working above the cloud.

I am working beyond the shadows.

Let this beautiful body rest here now and feel the deep sense of comfort and adoration.

Feel the presence of your guides,

The highest vibration of light and love.

Bring your awareness to this beautiful body,

This amazing soul,

To the essence of who you truly are.

Bring your reality back into this time and space and this moment.

Feel your body where it is.

There is no need for anything else.
