365 Morning Meditations Inspired By The Bhagavad Gita - Season 3

With Sébastien BRUMEAU

Welcome to this third season of meditations inspired by the Bhagavad Gita. This season follows a single character across ten meditations: Arjuna, the best archer of his time, on the worst morning of his life. Not a series of separate themes, but a story that moves forward, chapter after chapter, in the order of the original text. Each meditation opens with a verse, followed by a reflection rooted in real life, and ends with an intention for your day. Whether you’ve followed the previous seasons or are starting here, settle in, breathe, and walk with Arjuna, from his collapse to the morning he stands back up. (Though I’d suggest listening to the first two seasons, which you’ll find in the courses section of my profile!)

Meet your Teacher

Sébastien is a longtime meditator, passionate about ancient wisdom and the texts that have crossed the centuries. Among them, the Bhagavad Gita holds a central place in his life: he reads it aloud regularly with his wife, as a living, nourishing ritual. Through this course, he shares a simple, embodied approach to meditation, guided by intuition, inner listening and the beauty of the text. There is no question humanity has ever asked that cannot find an answer in the Bhagavad Gita.
