Welcome to a mini meditation with the theme of the Christmas tree and ultimately we'll cleanse our energies too. So the energy of Christmas is really focused on all things good in life and at winter time for the UK people what a lovely warm boost on cold days and brightening the dark winter months plus a great opportunity to get in touch with your own inner child who loves their playtime. Let's begin. Please remain seated and closing your eyes. Imagine in the head the mind that imagination a picture of your whole body from head down to the feet and pressing the feet to the floor and very quickly link to an image of a real live Christmas tree. A very green full bodied triangular mountain shape Christmas tree and breathe in open the nostrils and smell those pine leaves now. For the Christmas tree to get its glorious height and keep its balance requires those hidden roots below the trunk. The roots are as long as the height of the tree when growing. So feel your roots from the feet going deep into the earth matching the height of the body with the roots as long into the earth. I want you to feel like a magical Christmas tree and you are ready now to decorate the fun part. Smother your personal tree with abundance such as colourful tinsel. Now I'm going to do my tinsel now so please join in decorate your tree with tinsel. Now I'm going to decorate my Christmas tree with baubles so please join in now and decorate your Christmas tree with baubles. Now I'm going to decorate again I'm going to add candy sticks and chocolates so please join in now with your candy sticks and chocolates. Now I'm going to hang lots of pretty little pictures that are personal to me so please join in and decorate your tree with hanging pictures now. Let's also add the flashing fairy lights that are so beautiful in the night time. I'm going to put a little star at the top of my tree or an angel right at the top of my tree. And to spread a circle of presence right at the floor of you. Filling your aura your world with the gift of giving and receiving. Breathe in all these rainbow of colours very bright very shining and marvel from the front and the back how beautiful exciting you look. Feel it smiling inside how much happiness you are shining out right now. And take a nice deep breath in as we acknowledge we have just cleaned our invisible energies.
