Welcome back to the Chakra Series here at Sweet Stella's.
Today we will be dealing with the third chakra,
The solar plexus.
Solar plexus are found a couple inches above your navel and they're associated with your own personal power,
Your will,
Your drive in life.
It is here that we manifest a sense of inner power and strength,
A will to succeed.
And when we access our solar plexus chakra in a time of self doubt or a time when your self esteem is exceptionally low,
There may be an emotional release.
As with the chakras before,
This emotional release can be very healing.
If you have one today,
Just open your heart to it.
It's probably something that you really need right now.
If you're meditating with any crystals or stones today or you want to incorporate them in your practice going forward,
The solar plexus chakra is associated with yellow stones.
So amber,
Citrine,
Tiger's eye,
Yellow topaz,
Even gold.
These stones can bring an intense amount of healing to your solar plexus and unleash a lot of confidence.
Place your stone above your belly button or simply hold it in your hand.
As we bring our attention to our solar plexus,
You may notice an energy shift.
You may feel a tight ball of energy in your abdomen.
You may feel a tingling sensation.
You may notice nothing at all.
It's perfectly okay to feel a variety of sensations or to feel nothing.
This practice is individual to you.
It's yours and yours alone.
While we are all the same,
We are all very different.
At this time,
If you want to set an intention for your practice,
Go ahead and do that now.
Perhaps you're feeling a little less than confident,
A little less than sure of yourself.
Women tend to hold a lot of energy in their solar plexus,
But it's often one that has a lot of blockages.
We compare ourselves to one another,
Compare ourselves to the reflection in the mirror,
And we feel less than a lot of the time.
So today,
We will strive to open this energy center.
We'll strive to open it so that you can have clarity and bring balance.
Take a cleansing breath,
Letting go of thoughts and letting go of worry as you exhale.
Allow your hands to rest comfortably at your sides or rest them on your chakra today.
Whatever feels right to you,
Whatever your body is calling for you,
Trust your instincts.
Visualize a warm,
Glowing yellow ray of light spreading from your solar plexus and stretching out into your body,
Giving warmth to your being.
It touches and envelopes every crevice of your body,
Bringing light and bringing healing.
Let the core of your light linger here at your solar plexus,
The color yellow growing in intensity,
Growing in warmth throughout your practice today.
In our practice to release the energy in your solar plexus,
We will focus on awakening and transformation.
We will radiate warmth throughout your being,
Honing in on self-control and brilliance.
Today,
We will be using a few questions for you to ponder,
The sound of waves in the background,
Our music,
And our affirmations at the end will be a little bit more powerful than they have been so far.
In what ways do you need to reign control of yourself,
Your will,
And your power?
Are there certain areas in your life where perhaps you're taking on more than you can handle?
Do you have trouble saying no to others?
In what ways can you adjust to let your power,
Your confidence,
Your will,
Your authority over yourself to grow and to flourish?
How will you awaken and transform these areas today in your practice?
Breathe all of your awareness,
All of your energy down through your solar plexus today.
Feel connected within your body and mind.
Recognize your will,
Your desire.
When we have too great of an emphasis on power and will,
We risk becoming selfish and unsupporting to others.
We risk being consumed with greed and competition.
The fear of these things are often what keeps us from having an open solar plexus.
But as we awaken our will and our confidence,
We acknowledge that we are mindful of this and we are able to be respectful to those around us.
Release any anger or hate,
Any fear,
Any greed.
Release all of that that may be hiding within you.
Stretch your fingers and palms,
Your toes and your feet,
Allowing those negative blockages to come out of you and be released.
Our affirmation for the solar plexus is I have control over my will and I can access my desire to succeed.
I will achieve my goals and they are personal to me and my being.
I recognize that I am in a constant state of awakening and transformation.
I am respectful to others and mindful of anger,
Hate,
Greed and selfishness.
As you hold your awareness here at your solar plexus,
Be grateful for this moment in time,
Grateful to yourself for your practice today.
Let go of anger and selfishness.
Be connected to your uniqueness and your individuality.
There is only one you in this entire world and that is an incredible thing.
Thank you.
You are all.
And all is you.
You have control over your will.
And your desire to succeed lives within you.
Your confidence is abundant.
And you will achieve your goals.
They live within you.
Only you can access them.
You are able to recognize that you are in a constant state of awakening.
A state of transformation.
Who you were yesterday is not who you are today and is not who you will be tomorrow.
You are respectful to others.
And you're mindful of anger,
Hate,
Greed,
And selfishness.
Whenever you have times of feeling less than,
When your self-esteem is exceptionally low,
Your confidence of self-waning.
Return your attention to your solar plexus and bring to mind the intention that you set today.
Unleash that inner fire,
That inner confidence.
I promise you it is there.
Sometimes it just feels a little blocked and it can't radiate throughout your body.
The music will play on today for a couple of minutes.
Stay in these moments of awareness,
Connectedness,
For as long as you would like.
In your own time,
When it feels right for you and your body today.
Gently come back from meditation,
Back to present moment awareness.
And open your eyes.
Be reflections of your thoughts andales.
