And today our focus will be on empowerment.
So I'd like you to get into a comfortable position and take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Take another deep breath in and out.
And just focus on the breath,
Breathing in slowly and breathing out slowly.
And as we begin this meditation I want you to use the breath to release any tension,
Any tension in the body,
Mind and spirit.
Just let it go on the exhale,
Breathing in slowly and exhaling out slowly.
Just release and let go.
Any doubts,
Any frustrations,
Any anxieties,
Just let it go on the exhale.
It doesn't serve you right now,
So give yourself permission to release it all,
As you allow the breath to calm and soothe you.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
And we're just going to count with the breath.
Breathe in,
One.
Breathe out,
Two.
Breathe in,
Three.
Breathe out,
Four.
Breathe in,
Five.
Breathe out,
Six.
Breathe in,
Seven.
Breathe out,
Eight.
Breathe in,
Nine.
Breathe out,
Ten.
Let go,
Relax.
Completely relax,
Body,
Mind and spirit.
Releasing any thoughts that take you away from relaxing,
Just let it go.
Don't focus on anything,
Just let it pass you by and just focus on your breath and the sound of my voice.
Breathing in and breathing out.
The only thing you have to do is let go and relax.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
And just continue focusing on your breath and allow yourself to completely unwind.
Right now I want you to allow yourself to just breathe normally.
Don't try and breathe any slower,
Just at your normal pace and observe your breath.
Observe your breath as you breathe in and out and just allow it to relax you.
Your breath has a great way of detoxing our whole entire body,
Mind and spirit system.
To just become one with the breath and allow it to ease any tension,
Any stresses,
Any busyness,
Just let it go with each breath.
Just observe and breathe.
Letting it all go.
Feeling the essence of calm and peace.
Allowing yourself to enjoy the silence within.
The silence within.
Connecting to your true power.
In between the thoughts lies the silence.
And in that silence lies your true power.
Lies the essence of who you are.
The strength of who you are.
That goes beyond the scene,
Goes way deeper.
Connecting to your spiritual essence.
So just enjoy that moment of stillness and that moment of silence and connecting to that power within.
Feel that calm.
That stillness,
The quietness.
And right now I want you to take your focus to where your power chakra is,
Which is above your navel,
Just below your chest.
And I want you to imagine a bright yellow light in this area.
This area is where your power chakra is,
The power of who you are.
And I want you to connect to that light in this area.
See it brightly shining through.
This light is a light of empowerment,
A light of your strength,
A light of your determination.
Just connect to this light.
Just see that light and connect to it.
See it radiate out of you.
This light shines ahead of you and shines out to the side of you.
And the light is so,
So bright.
Connect to that light and its power.
And just focus on this area.
You may wish to place your hand on this area.
Just to connect to that light even more.
The power within.
Just feel that connection as you connect to the true power of you.
See this light shining bright outwards,
Extending out throughout the room that you're in.
Extending out beyond the room that you're in.
Where you are living,
This light is expanding out.
Expanding out beyond your home,
Out through the windows.
And just expanding to the road that you live on.
And you can't see where it's ending,
It's just continuing to expand and getting bigger and bigger.
All you can see is this bright energetic light radiating from your power chakra out into the universe.
Your light.
Your power is radiating out and there is no limit.
This is your true light.
This is your true power.
This light is within you and it fills the whole area around you.
This is your presence,
Your light,
Your strength,
Your power.
This is who you are,
Your being.
Allow the light to expand until you can't see no end.
And enjoy the expansion.
Enjoy the unlimited self.
This is how powerful you are.
You are unlimited.
You have this light constantly radiating within you.
This light is always radiating out into the universe.
Embrace it.
This light is a reminder to you that you don't need to dim it.
You don't need to hide it from anyone.
You just need to embrace it and be it.
Allow your inner light to shine throughout the world,
Throughout the universe.
Feel that connection to your light.
Feel the energy of your light.
Feel the power of your light.
And now,
As this light continues to radiate out,
I want you in your mind's eye to visualize seeing yourself empowered.
Seeing yourself being the person who you are,
The confident person,
The empowered person.
What are you doing?
Can you see this vision of yourself?
What are you doing as your confident self?
Where are you?
Who are you being?
Who are you with?
Just see that vision.
See that vision of you being your empowered self,
You radiating confidence and doing the thing you love,
The thing that brings you joy.
Being with the people you love.
Allow your vision to expand just like your inner light.
Who are you in your empowered self?
Who are you in your confident self?
Just focus on that vision.
Be fully present in that vision.
Embrace the vision.
Who are you being in your confident self?
Who are you being?
Who are you being?
Allow yourself to fully embrace this vision.
What do you see?
What do you feel?
What are you wearing?
Look at the surroundings.
Be fully present.
Now as you see this vision,
I want you to merge it together with the light of your power.
Around the edges the light of your power is coming through,
Framing your vision.
And just like the light,
The vision is expanding,
Blending with the light.
You can still see the vision as it expands around you and in front of you.
As the light comes through,
Maybe the image seems a little bit blurry as the light continues to blend together with the image,
But you don't need to see the image clearly,
For it's a part of you.
You know it.
You feel it.
You see what you're like when you're confident,
When you're empowered.
The vision is expanding with the light,
Expanding out into the universe,
Blending with your power.
But that feeling of the vision,
That empowerment,
That confidence,
That happiness that it brings is with you.
And as the image expands,
Again there is no limit.
You don't see the end of it.
It's just expanding with the light,
No limits,
Expanding out to the universe.
But you feel that connection.
You feel that peace,
That confidence.
You still see that vision of you smiling in your head.
You still connect to that feeling.
And now I want you to connect to that feeling in your heart.
Allow yourself to embrace this feeling of empowerment,
The feeling of no limits,
The feeling of being confident and being who you are.
Embracing your confidence.
Embracing your empowered self.
The light that continues to shine bright is your light.
It's never dim.
Allow it to shine bright.
Allow it to keep on expanding.
Just feel that connection,
To be empowered.
Know that there is nothing that you cannot do.
Know that the intentions you have for yourself,
You can manifest in your own way.
Believe in your unlimited power.
Believe in your unlimited strength.
Believe in the person who you are.
Be unique.
Be completely you.
But do it with empowerment.
Do it with confidence.
Do it with strength.
Let your light shine bright.
And keep your light unlimited.
And now I would like you to take your focus back to your breath and observe yourself breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Becoming aware of the surface you're sitting or lying on.
Becoming aware of your environment.
But taking that empowered feeling,
That expanded light,
The expanded vision,
With you into the environment.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Slowly wiggle your fingers and toes.
Taking another deep breath in and out.
And take one more deep breath in and out.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
