And when you're ready,

I'd like you to take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Take another deep breath in and breathe out.

Breathing in peace and calm and breathing out.

All the busyness and all the responsibilities.

We're going to put all that to the side.

It's now about connecting to you.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Slowly inhaling and slowly exhaling.

And just get into that rhythm of breath.

Inhaling slowly and exhaling slowly at your own pace.

Releasing and connecting to you.

Focus on connecting to the peace and the calm.

And letting go of all distractions around you and in your thoughts.

Just let them go.

Put them to one side.

They are not important right now.

This is about you.

This is your time.

Your time for healing.

Your time for releasing.

Your time for letting go.

And your time for relaxing.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

And as you continue breathing at your own pace.

I want you to take your focus to the crown of your head.

And just imagine whatever colour light above the crown of your head.

And feel this light coming down.

Releasing any tension from your scalp.

And releasing any thoughts that distract you.

Feel this light coming down towards your eyelids.

Down towards your cheekbones.

And your jawline.

Down towards your neck and your shoulders.

Continuing to breathe.

And seeing that light release any tension from the crown of your head down to your shoulders.

And now see that light coming down.

Releasing tension from your arms right through to your fingertips.

So it comes down towards your chest.

And down towards your abdominals.

Releasing any tension in this area.

Letting go and relaxing with each breath.

See the light now coming down towards your pelvic area.

Your thighs.

Down to your knee joints.

Just feel that release of any tension physically in your joints.

See the light coming down your calf muscles.

Down to your ankles.

And right down to the soles of your feet.

And see the light release from the soles of your feet.

The light is above the crown of your head.

And down through the soles of your feet.

Releasing and allowing you mind,

Body,

Spirit to let go and relax.

Let go and relax.

Just feel that connection of breath and the inner light within you.

Releasing and relaxing.

Breathe and relax.

Breathe and relax.

And allow that energy of calm come over you.

Allow the energy of peace to come over you.

Allow yourself to be safe in this moment of calm,

Peace and of course inner strength from within.

Just feel that.

Feel the comfort that it brings to be back to you.

To be back in your strength.

To be back in your peace and in your calmness right now.

Breathe and enjoy this feeling right now.

Just breathe and allow this feeling to take over.

No expectations.

Just simply being.

And right now I want you to take your focus to your heart.

And imagine there's a cord from your heart moving outwards.

This cord is whatever color you choose for it to be.

This cord represents those things,

Situations,

Personalities,

Whatever it may be.

That you have allowed yourself to be attached to in life.

And now I want you to see that cord and see who or what you have attached to over the years.

That hasn't served you.

That hasn't brought you happiness.

And that for some reason still lingers around in your life.

Just see that cord coming from your heart reaching outwards to that person,

Thing or situation.

That has held you for too long.

You may not see it straight away.

But just see that cord and allow it to guide you as to what it is that you have been connected to.

That hasn't served you.

That maybe you think is the past but subconsciously it's there.

Subconsciously it hovers back into your life through thoughts,

Through dreams,

Through contact.

Whatever it may be.

You know.

There may not be many,

Which is a good sign.

But then there may be things that come up.

So as I go silent I want you to see those attachments.

Don't be afraid.

You're not pulling them back to you.

You're just seeing what the cord from your heart to the situation and person is.

You're facing it.

Allow the cord to guide you and don't be afraid to what may come up.

Remember you're coming from a place of strength here.

So let's bring it in the open and see what's on the other end of that attachment.

Allow yourself to do that right now.

See it all.

You may with some of them feel that pull of that cord.

That cord getting tighter.

If you have noticed that the attachment is so strong that it often feels that you're fighting to get away from it.

But it proves to be difficult emotionally because of the attachment.

Because of the habit.

Because of the situation.

See it for what it is.

No judgment.

And as you see it,

Breathe through it.

And as you see the other situation or person at the other end of the cord and you know you want to release yourself from it.

See yourself with a pair of scissors and just snip that cord.

You can snip it from close to your heart or you can snip it at a distance.

Whatever feels right for you.

This is your healing,

Your vision.

But see yourself cutting that cord and in your heart saying,

I release you with love.

I release you with love.

I release you with love.

Cut that cord and see that cord just drop and release you from the attachment.

You may visualize the situation,

Person just fall down and disappear as you cut the connection to you.

I release you with love.

I release you with love.

I release you with love.

Feel that release of cutting the cord that has attached you to this situation,

To this person,

To this negative energy from your life move away from you.

How does that feel?

You are free.

You have cut that vow.

You have cut that connection of being pulled by personal situation.

It has no power over you.

You are free.

How does that feel for you?

Connect to that feeling right now.

Now see yourself remove that cord entirely from your heart.

So there is no cord.

You will not allow yourself to be attached to those things that bring you down no more.

Your power is in your hands.

Feel that power.

Release that cord.

Take it away from you.

So there is no attachment that can be made to anything that doesn't serve you or for anyone that doesn't care and has your best interests at heart.

Feel that release and that empowerment of no more,

No more unhealthy attachments,

No more negative attachments,

No more negative thoughts controlled by this attachment,

By fears,

By anxieties,

No more.

Feel that release right now.

Let it take over you.

How does it feel to be free,

To be your own person,

To decide what's right for you and to have only good people around you,

People who have good energy,

Situations that you are in control of,

Circumstances that you create,

Bringing the power back to yourself right now.

No attachments.

The cord has been cut.

You've released them.

You've released it all.

I release you with love.

I release you with love.

I release you with love.

Feel how calm that feels to release with love and to come back to your power.

Just enjoy that moment.

Feel into it.

Feel the calmness and the peace,

Knowing that you have detached yourself from everything that is not good for you.

And now take your focus back to your breath,

Breathing in slowly and breathing out slowly,

Becoming aware of your surroundings,

Becoming aware of your body.

And take one more deep breath in and out.

And when you're ready,

You can slowly open your eyes.
